The cook Angela ,has wonderful customer service skills.

the lady’s at the front desk was extremely rude and kept asking me if food was mine that was being delivered,as if me coming down at the exact time was suspect! How would I know the food is there if I didn’t get any notifications! and the second time the Lady at the front desk asked me “Hey hun ,is that yours, I then said to her “If it wasn’t I wouldn’t be touching it Poo”. She gasped and looked back at the computer.The room wasn’t quite what I expected either ,I went to grab a cup for some coffee and was taken aback .

The kitchen pans. I used a lot of butter and food still stuck.

Too much chlorine in the pool area couldn't enjoy it my eyes were burning and my daughter's was too

breakfast was abundant but there needed a staff member to oversee the buffet, waffle maker was covered in chocolate chips and could not be used. nobody was around to oversee

THERE WAS A DRIED STAIN IN FRONT OF MY DISHWASHER. LOOK AS THOUGH THE DISHWASHER MAY HAVE LEAKED PRIOR AND THE FLOOR HADN'T BEEN MOPPED.

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast options, our room, and the facilities (especially the pool and whirlpool, despite the occasional problems for the whirlpool). The customer service from all the staff was excellent.

Our biggest issue was the housekeeping policy, which was problematic for a one-week stay. We had no cleaning at all, just towel service and bed change every two days. Housekeeping is a major reason to stay in a hotel over an AirBnB and if hotels don't want to lose business to vacation rentals, they need to offer this service. For 3 people in 1 suite, regular vacuuming and bathroom cleaning was necessary and we had to practically beg the housekeeping staff to give us a broom and cleaning materials. There was also a lack of blankets in the hotel and towels for the pool area, the front desk had a difficult time trying to keep up with the demand for them. Our pull-out couch mattress was extremely thin and we had to use the couch closed as a bed because the cushions were much more comfortable than the mattress.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great.
