The furnishings are fabulously historic. The location cannot be better for the center of town. The host is friendly and so accomodating.

Great location very close to everything! The manager Nikos was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. A good breakfast delivered to room exactly at the time ordered. Very big room with fabulous old world charm and ambience in keeping with their name. Would definitely stay again.

This is truly a unique B&B. Fantastic location right in the middle of the walled city. Nico and his wife are excellent hosts.

Like stepping into a time capsule, staying at Vincenza and Nikos's lovingly-restored B&B was like walking into an 1890's museum, but with all the comforts of home. Half block from the Duomo in the historic old city, you'll have a large living room and large (modern) bathroom all to yourself. Elevator, access to parking for a small fee (ask for this when you make your reservation - and ask for driving directions, too, as GPS is misleading and leads to too many challenging twists and turns on tiny Italian streets). The host and hostess are lovely, accommodating, allowed us a late check-out, welcomed us with a map and got us oriented, made restaurant accommodations (and spoke English far better than I speak Italian). We will be returning for sure! FYI, You will need to phone or WhatsApp the host upon arrival in order to enter.

Nikos, the host is great and helpful through out. The bed room and ante-rooms are palacial. Onsite parking is an attraction in the middle of historic part. Once you reach the hotel, no need to drive. Everything at a walking distance. Nikos made reservations for dinners on all the three nights. On the last day of leaving Nikos allowed to use the room facilities quite late which was helpful.

A wonderful place to stay as close to the Duomo as can be but very quiet and comfortable. I am so glad that I found it.

Perfect in every way! The apartment is absolutely stunning. It’s huge, beautiful and well decorated. The location could not be better : very central and still close to the train station by foot. The hosts is very nice, friendly and gave us very good restaurants and bars’ recommendations. I only recommend this hotel!

What a beautiful room and B&B in the perfect location near the Duomo. Our host, Nikos was great! Helped us park the car in thier garage, gave great tips on restaurants and beaches. The suite was all original furniture from 1800’s and painted murals on ceilings. We felt like we walked into a movie set that was all ours for 4 nights. We even had our own piano in the living room!! Two balconies over looking the street. Clean, well stocked fridge and we ate breakfast in the suite. Highly recommend this place, we will definitly be back.

If you want to feel like royalty, give this a try! This place was fantastic, the location couldn't have been better, the service was absolutely top-notch... It is such an unusual experience to stay in such sumptuous rooms. Lecce itself is hot but the a/c in the bedroom really works well and the shower was huge and heavenly. B/c of covid, we didn't have the usual b&b group breakfast but can't fault them for that because they set up breakfast do-it-yourself in the room at your leisure. Would book them again for sure!

The rooms were wonderful and the whole apartment had an extremely relaxed and welcoming feel. The owners were really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend for couples especially.

The hotel is located in the middle of the historical part of the city - excellent location in a historic building with private parking E10 per night well worth it, The apt has beautifully painted high ceilings...antique and art deco bed, with every necessary amenity possible and very detailed attention to everything. The daily breakfast was beautifully set up in the dinning room, if we have to complain about anything, is that 2 nights was too short a stay -) If you are driving - get instructions on the best way to get to the property. All together - I would return in a heart bit !!

A beautiful property in an historic building right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are huge and glorious.

We loved not only the amount of space in our suite (HUGE sitting room with couches and piano, and a large bedroom and bathroom), but also appreciated the history of this family owned building. Vincenza is the granddaughter, lives in the building along with other relatives on other floors, and this building was a wedding gift for her great grandmother. We loved all of the period furnishings. Very accommodating for our arrival time. Walkable from the train station. Breakfast was in a private dining room at a time we chose. The location was perfect. We felt like locals entering the huge doors into our building. A/C worked well in our suite and there was an elevator that was nice if you had heavy luggage. We would definitely stay here again; the price was reasonable.

Gorgeous romantic rooms centrally located and the staff were incredibly helpful. I wish I could have spent more time here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great location in the old city....beautiful, charming suites that are large, 20 foot ceilings, midterm bathrooms....the hosts friendly and accommodating....would definitely stay again!
