Uniquely well-organized, LOVELY staff, nobody put a foot wrong in five days, not a single complaint, however minor. Food and food choices are excellent.

Absolutely beautiful! The picture shown as the thumbnail is exactly what you see when you are there, and in all honestly it doesn't even do it justice! The resort was amazing, exceptionally clean and the staff is all very friendly and accommodating. The food was everything you could ask for and offered a wide array of options for every pallet. Plenty of activities to enjoy both during the day and the night and the free shuttle to Corfu Town was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for an unforgettable vacation. Service and options were excellent! A nice surprise for me was the kitty strays that they have on the property—they look well and some were friendly. I also enjoyed trying out the four-hands massage at the spa, something that was new for me.

Amazing experience from start to finish

Lovely hotel but inconsistent in service, food not always great and two tier system not evident when booking through Hotels.com which caused problems on arrival. Also allowing day passes to non residents when hotel was at 98pct capacity was ridiculous and the service and experience on those days were not good.

Very nice and helpful staff, they took care of everything we needed and wanted. Really good food, and a lot of variety. Comfortable rooms. The beach is great and the pools are amazing. Very recommended!!!

Amazing stay - highly recommend. Property was gorgeous, clean, had wonderful pools and beach areas with comfortable loungers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice wine selection. Mid-range liquor (Absolut vodka, for instance) in nice bars. Not everything was open due to COVID (the club, one of the buffets, the sauna, etc) but they made good choices on how to consolidate - we didn’t feel like we were missing anything because we understood. Outstanding food in the buffet. Great massage experience in spa. Very good for couples on a romantic vacation or families. Outstanding value. Includes a car for one day, and boat cruise. Corfu is gorgeous. Would definitely visit again!

Ikos Dassia was amazing! We were skeptical about staying in an all inclusive, but everything - room, food, amenities, service - was excellent. Upon arrival we were temperature and vaccine checked - this enabled us to then go mask free throughout our stay on the property. It was so nice to not worry and be “normal” for a week! Jenny was our guest relations concierge that we met on the 1st day and who we communicated with via WhatsApp during our stay. She helped arrange all reservations we wanted throughout our time at the resort (e.g. dinner, tennis courts, gym access, car rental) and quickly answered questions. She was super friendly and awesome at her job. We wished that other properties offered this type of service! We loved that the resort gives you a free car rental day with one of the Ikos branded Minis during your stay. It gave us a break from the sun in the middle of the week to explore the island and was very easy to reserve and pickup/return on the day. Overall, I’d highly recommend Ikos! It may be more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for and overall we thought it was great value for money. We would absolutely stay at another one of their properties without thinking twice!

I had an excellent stay at Ikos Dassia. The level of service and attention to detail was unparalleled. This is a very comfortable and luxurious resort that has everything you would need for a vacation. There are plenty of activities, terrific restaurants, and many areas to enjoy the sun and sea. Our personal concierge, Skerdi, did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable and arranged our activities. I highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time on Corfu.

The resort was a large self-contained, safe, relaxing environment where you ere surrounded with opulence and friendly staff catering for your every whim. The all-inclusive took away the stress of carrying money and paying bills, be that for dining in any of the 6 a la carts restaurants, or on the beach, or simply, drinks anywhere, with water sports and entertainment thrown in. Ikos go the extra mile to ensure your happiness and treat you as individuals. Nothing not to like!

Ikos Dassia was the best hotel we have ever been to, it was idyllic. The decor of the buildings , the pools, the beach and the service was all amazing.

The service was exceptional, staff couldn’t do enough to help. The food choices were amazing and the boat ride to the island was a lovely touch. They have brilliant facilities for children. Amenities and the room were incredible, a wonderful holiday.

Excellent hotel. One small point to mention was that the room was smaller than expected, we had a junior suite and the photos were a bit deceiving online. Overall an excellent hotel with everything you’d need and the staff were AMAZING!! We loved it and didn’t want to go home

Ikos Dassia is an amazing hotel offering the most incredible all inclusive package we’ve ever experienced. From arrival to departure, we received first class service from all staff, always smiling and wishing us good morning/afternoon, from cleaners to guest relations! The food is fantastic, you can book 3 A La Carte restaurants before arrival but once you’re there, you can book unlimited a la carte dining at no extra cost. The buffet dining is also delicious, with theme nights different every night. Branded spirits and nespresso coffee in mini bar in rooms. Extensive drinks menu but they’ll make anything you ask for! The many pools have fantastic staff that will follow you to your chosen sun beds and place fresh clean towels on them for you and get you drinks. There’s even someone walking round cleaning sunglasses! Some staff take some time to offer drinks at Sky main pool though The only niggle we had was a necessary room change. The ‘Sea’ building has rooms that are underneath restaurants (lower level to the lobby) and all we could hear were chairs scraping on the tiles every time somebody moved them. It drove us crazy! The hotel staff promptly moved us across to the ‘Sky’ building to the quieter end of a corridor on the 3rd floor which was so much better and the view of the bay was even better. We absolutely loved our stay overall and despite the room change, we would highly recommend it and would visit either this resort or another Ikos resort again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing stay with very good food and excellent service. Even though the hotel was full for part of our stay it did not feel crowded. Book early for a la carte restaurants.

A brand new refurbished all-inclusive hotel complex with great facilities and activities. Superbly trained staff to look after your every need. A range of restaurants - all good quality and varied cuisine. Many sport activities included (pilates, yoga, paddle boarding, kayak, windsurf, bikes), excellent gym facilities and tennis courts. Worth splashing out on the "deluxe club rooms" as get a designated area on the beach and more private pool. 'Mini' car hire for a day included in the deal and various dine out restaurant options as well as a trip to Vigo island and a sunset cruise. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and the food and drink flowed abundantly!

Amazing stay. Book a deluxe suite ( all the extras are worth it ) it’s a fabulous ultra luxurious all inclusive resort. Fantastic restaurants. Superb staff. Worth every penny and more. Completely faultless.

The resort was beautiful, but definitely pricey. Cons: 1) We left a note each day for housekeeping to leave us washcloths/facecloths and on any of the 4 days we were there, we never got them. 2) We did not have a pen (I know, petty complaint) in the room yet there was a notepad. We again left a note for housekeeping about it and it took two days to get. 3) They supplied us with a power adapter to borrow but gave us a UK compatible one, not American. We checked in the hotel as Americans so figured it was common sense. 4) Did not understand why pool hours closed at 1800? Why can’t it be “Swim at your own risk after hours”? Seemed like a waste of resources when there was an abundance of swimming pools on the resort. And why was the hot tub only on the Sky side of the resort? (We stayed on the Sea side.) I didn’t get to use it since i didn’t know about it until literally the last day I was there. 5) It was hard to make dinner reservations at the times we preferred to go. We had to settle for early dinner all the time. Hence, we were not able to try all the restaurants. And what was frustrating was when we did show up for our dinner, the restaurant (all of them) had ample empty tables around. Did not seem fair. But the pro was that the food was outstanding! 6) Housekeeping did not replenish our toiletries as used. Was disappointed we didn’t get new shampoo/soap. We thought they were being stingy with us. We never even touched the alcohol in the minibar!!
