Good but some issues

Owner/host was very responsive. Condo was beautiful and just as listed! Onlydownside was pool was closed. Which was disclosed and they provided usage of another properties pool.

Spacious condo with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Being on the ground floor gives you easy access to the pool and beach area. We did have an issue with the bathroom upon arrival but was quickly solved. Manager is very responsive.

Love this property, nice pools, right on the beach. It was walking distance to Banditos where the music festival was.

Had a great time! The accommodations were clean and welcoming. The hosts were available to communicate with several times during the stay. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Excellent communication with the owner and the process was seamless!! It was truly fantastic location and we loved the vibe of a smaller hotel! We'd love to stay here again!!!! Thank you so much!!

Rocky Point is awesome and this rental unit was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of space, kitchen had necessary supplies for cooking, beds were comfy,
we sat on patio EVERY night and enjoyed the fantastic sounds of the sea.
Checkin was VERY quick and easy. Our host was friendly and a great communicator. I would DEFINETELY rent this unit again. Also drove into town and enjoyed the sites and sounds.

The condo and resort were absolutely wonderful. Condo was well appointed. On site restaurant was terrific and reasonably priced. Host's communication was timely

Spacious and very welcoming Condo. The View of the ocean upon entering the condo is breathtaking and do not disappoint. The beach is just a walk away and the pools were always clean and we never had any issues finding loungers. Just bring your beach chairs if you want to sit at the beach or you can rent them from vendors for the day. Pool food was very good, and staff was great.
My Family and I had a comfortable and memorable stay .

Wonderful experience. Only item to mention - Could not get US TV channels and it was MLB playoffs. Just went to Banditos and had a great time. Maybe there is a way to get US TV.

Amazing communication from the host. Place was great!! Clean and modern compared to others. Fits 7 adults comfortably in beds. Plenty room for an air matress if needed. Would book again.

Perfect place for a pre Christmas, winter beach getaway. Amazing sunsets, walks on the beach, ocean views right from our bed. Great communication with owner-very accommodating property.

What an absolutely perfect place to stay in Rocky Point! For the first time, I think the unit was even nicer than the pictures. Owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Thank you so much for providing this sanctuary for us. We can’t wait to come back!
