Nice property. Very clean and well maintained, looks pretty new. Staff was friendly.
I personally didn’t love the layout/design of the room I had. It was an odd arrangement. Furthermore, there’s a reason most hotels have carpet. Sounds like a heard of elephants stomping around overhead on those laminate floors.
Also didn’t like there’s no complimentary breakfast, purchase buffet style, but rather meager selection for additional cost.

Everything was great and you can walk from the hotel to the pacers training facility. The only downside was that there was no breakfast offered even for purchase. The hotel is not in proximity to any walkable restaurants. I hope the hotel will consider a hot breakfast on the weekends.

The hotel itself is absolutely great! Everything is new, on trend, etc.. The reason I could not give a five star rating, is because of the staff. In particular, a front desk worker named Scott. He was absolutely rude, inconsiderate, and just completely unacceptable as someone to interact with the public. When we asked his name because of his behavior, he said, “My Name Is get the hell out of here!“. He was also refusing to give me my drivers license back. I asked three times, and he just kept staring at me. I will never stay at this hotel again because of Scott.

This hotel is not for people who are not traveling with youth athletes. This hotel caters to youth sports attending events at Grand Park Sports Campus. Thankfully we had a white noise sound machine to cover the loud noises coming from the pool that closed at 11pm.
The room was very dark. Not enough light to read a book.
Some of the outlets would not earily accept plugs.

Great spot to crash for a night. Seemed to have a nice lobby, restaurant, staff, and many activities like a fitness room, game room, and pool. Would definitely stay again

We stayed for a baseball tournament at Grand Park, literally across the street. You will find plenty of good restaurants within 6 miles. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The place was great in past: eco friendly, comfortable, and close to the baseball fields and businesses. This last trip- my kids woke up to huge round bugs running all over the place: phone counter and desk area. It was disgusting. Guest services switched out our room, but needless to say, we didn’t have a good night’s rest. Left a message the next morning with the gentleman at the front desk, in hopes the manager will take care the issue. At this point, we most likely will not be returning.

We were here for the eclipse, and the hotel couldn't have been in a better location for that, but probably won't be for another one😆.
The rooms were big and comfortable enough.
It annoys me that they chose to do a "restaurant" (lobby seating with a kitchen that closes early), and so they can't offer free breakfast, when every other hotel in the Indy suburbs does.

This hotel was gorgeous. Very fancy and upscale. So clean. Loved everything about our room. The only negative was that you had to pay for breakfast if you ate at the hotel. I assumed it would be free. Might need to put that in your description. Other than that one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen!

Shower had surface stains and grim. Hardly any hot water with poor pressure. Light flashed all night over bed from fire alarm.

I did not like it when I asked about late check out I was told that hotel was sold out what was a lie because I went on website and try to book several rooms and was accepted with out any issues.

It was fine. But after many years of going to this hotel for baseball you can tell it's getting run down. You'd think with the amout of money they bring in right across the street they would invest something back into the hotel.

Being so close to Grand Park it would be nice if breakfast was included to make it easier for athletes to grab food before early morning games. Also, shower was quite weird without a door or curtain and created a bit of a mess on the floor. Otherwise, clean and close to where we needed to be

Your hotel was lovely. Shower was awesome but water goes everywhere on the floor. If seems like the glass door is not over far enough plus you can’t adjust the shower head. Bathroom towels were not very soft. But all in all we would stay with you again.

The room was clean and nice. This was a last minute booking after our event changed locations. Our tv screen went blank after watching for a bit, but we weren't there long enough for that to be a big deal. We did notify the front desk. The issue is the entry way to each room is not sufficient enough to keep the excessive noise out. You could hear every person in the hallway and there were people/kids running the hallways all night and into the morning. Screaming and running and the front desk acknowledged that happens as parents are not paying attention to their kids. Seems the hotel needs to step up and make an example that this behavior is not tolerated.

Stay was good. Only complaint was the tv remote was difficult to navigate, never could find a channel guide. Very nice new hotel, very friendly staff. Would have been nice to have breakfast for the price we paid. Bar was closed on Sunday night :(

Quiet time was emphasized throughout the lobby and by the check in staff as starting at 10pm. But the pool is open until 11pm. Kids were constantly running up and down the halls, yelling “I need a towel!” and the parents were equally awful. This would not have been so bad if, when I called the front desk to complain, I couldn’t hear the noise through the phone. This meant the staff could readily hear all of the commotion and chose to ignore it. Do not tell everyone to obey quiet hours and post passive-aggressive signs throughout the lobby if your employees refuse to enforce them.

Location is great if you have an event at Grand Park. No many options for breakfast in the building. Also, love the open concept but not for the shower, missing half the door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect for families.

It's about a 2 minute drive (or 8 minute walk) from Grand Park. Amazing location for tournament stay... Everything was clean, everyone was helpful.
Really only downside was the elevators seemed sketchy. made weird noises, took a long time. Overall, I would absulutey stay here again.
