From the minute we arrived to the day we left everything was lovely.
The location, room, staff, food and the views over the coastline were excellent.
The staff make you feel very welcome with great advice and suggestions on where to go and how to get there.
The hotel is clean and the food is lovely.
As it is a small hotel the pool area feels like it is your own private space.
We would definitely recommend.

My Mum and I spent 4 nights there last week - fantastic location through the tunnel from the main square in Ravello. Stunning views from your room, breakfast, dinner, the pool and the bar.
Rooms were very cold (might be too cold for come) but super clean and bright. Only 10 rooms so no issues finding a table at breakfast.
The pool is small, they serve drinks and food but there are a LOT of steps - that is true throughout Ravello due to the location. The hotel does have a lift but you still have steps to get up to the bar and more steps to the street. My Mum is 80 next week but still mobile enough to do stairs but she couldn’t get in/out of the pool as it just has a vertical ladder.
Sara on the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly organising a taxi driver to take us to Herculaneum and answering all of our questions. The other ladies on the front desk helped us with dinner reservations (needed in August) and a taxi to Sorrento.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our family stayed at the Garden Hotel for a family wedding in Ravello. We absolutely loved it! Not super fancy, but the rooms were updated and the view can’t be beat. It was located in the perfect location. An easy walk to the main square with shops and lots of restaurants to enjoy. The daily breakfast was delicious and more substantial than I expected. The pool was fantastic, overlooking the stunning coast. But the staff is what made it so memorable. They were helpful and so attentive. We loved it so much, can’t wait to come back!

The Garden Hotel Ravello was wonderful. A really friendly welcome, a nice cool room with a smart modern bathroom, very effective and necessary aircon and the most amazing balcony with a view towards Minori and Maiori.
The pool was just what we needed in the afternoons to cool off and have a glass of wine or a beer. Just perfect.
Breakfasts were great and the service from all the staff was lovely. I hope we’ll come back one day.

Stunning views of water. Entrance of Ravello where cabs/buses pickup/drop off (convenient). Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable bed, beautiful views of the ocean. The staff spoke English and helped us arrange meals/transportation. Very friendly

The staff was amazing, so friendly and polite. The views were absolutely beautiful and the location of the hotel could not have been in a better place. I plan to go back and already looking forward to that time :)

Ravello is a quaint and elegant little town, unlike the bustling Amalfi. I think the Garden Hotel is the hotel with the best view in Ravello. And the bus to Amalfi stops right in front of the hotel, making accessibility very easy. The staff is very friendly, and the Garden Hotel's bar and swimming pool offer the best views. The restaurant was also very satisfactory and excellent. If you are planning on staying in Ravello, I highly recommend it.

Let me just say, WOW! If you’re thinking of booking the Garden Hotel absolutely do it! Everything about this hotel is 10/10. The views, the service, the people, the pool. There’s not one thing my boyfriend and I didn’t love about the Garden Hotel. The service is impeccable and the staff are accommodating, friendly and comforting. In addition to being an amazing hotel there’s an awesome bar to check out as well! And restaurant. Town is straight through the tunnel and everything is very convenient. You will not be disappointed! And a big thank you to the Garden Hotel for making our stay the best!

Most amazing views from our room, pool and breakfast area. Most helpful and friendly staff we ever had at a hotel stay. We had breakfast there on two days and dinner for one night and all three meals were excellent. Town of Ravello is a 2 minute walk and we really enjoyed the sights and a few dinners there. Easy bus access to other towns a 10 second walk. 5 stars to the staff and hotel property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The spectacular views, the proximity to the town and the wonderful staff is what makes this hotel shine! Angela at the front desk was so lovely and helpful- we were apprehensive about the parking but we parked with a lot lower down the mountain and we’re transported by shuttle to the property- excellent service and access to town and bus service to the coast - a wonderful stay and a place I would not hesitate to return to

My husband and I stayed at four different hotels in the Amalfi Coast area during a recent trip, and this was by far our favorite. The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location, the breakfast was amazing (including fresh cooked eggs the way you want them), and the staff went out of their way to help us. In particular, Angela really went above and beyond, including proactively coming outside to help us communicate with our bus driver after we encountered an issue (without her help advocating for us we would have had to order a taxi on short notice which would have been very expensive).
Our room had a private balcony with a beautiful view, which was a great place to sit and watch a rain storm along with a bottle of wine after dinner. I didn't realize this when we booked but the hotel is literally right next door to Villa Rufolo and you can see into the grounds from the hotel. The terrace where breakfast is served also has an amazing view.
I would definitely recommend staying here; you won't regret it!!

Loved our stay here while in Ravello. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a view and it was spectacular! We are normally chain hotel-types but this was a refreshing change of pace and a wonderful overall experience.

This hotel is so cute and a super location if you want to avoid the crowds of Amalfi (just take the bus right outside of the Garden Hotel entrance). Anna and the other staff are super friendly and helpful. Did I mention the VIEWS? Loved it!

Perhaps the best property in Ravello. Positioned precisely where you would want it to be: adjacent to the town square and with the exceptional view you traveled for. And the staff is most accommodating. Staying here is like winning the lottery.

This hotel was a lovely surprise in Ravello!! The staff were wonderful - so helpful with recommendations (gelato!!), maps, and general guidance. The ocean view rooms were amazing, it was the best view our entire trip. The pool area was so peaceful...my only wish was that we had spent more time here. Grazie Angela!!

Incredible experience in Ravello. The owners of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful regarding all things! We felt immediately welcomed and the hotel was in an awesome location close to center of town and had the most amazing view. We ate at the restaurant and hung out by the pool - all the amenities are wonderful. The bus stop and taxi pick up are right in front of the hotel as well so it’s a very convenient place to be if you want to take a day trip nearby. Would 100% recommend this place to others!

The hotel is beautiful. The view from the restaurant, pool, and balcony were all amazing. Drinks at the bar upstairs were really good. It’s literally right near the Ravello bus stop which was super convienant. It’s a short walk to the main square and all the main sights. Wifi worked pretty well compared to most of the other hotels I stayed at on this trip. Would definitely recommend the place.

A lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The bus stop is located right outside the gates and the main square of Ravello is less than a minute walk away. A true “hidden” gem on the Amalfi Coast. Upon our arrival the staff told us about the town and discussed the best walking routes to ensure we seen all the town had to offer. The staff where throughout very welcoming, kind and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and included fresh pastries, salad and staff also prepare eggs fresh for you to your choice. We ate at the restaurant one night during our stay, the food was incredible and complimented the to die for views from everywhere in the hotel. The facilities (pool, gardens etc) were all well maintained with extra towels on hand. Picked this place with an engagement in mind and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean and attractive. Rooms are spacious and they have a balcony facing the water. The pool looks and feels like an infinite pool facing the ocean. The hotel is located next to the bus stop, which is so convenient if you want to go and visit other towns. Im already planning to go there on my next trip

The nicest hotel and town we have ever stayed in. The women that run this hotel are so welcoming and helpful - they booked restaurants for us and provided us with the best recommendations (food and day trips). The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed and the service was great (refilling water cans and snack and coffee etc). But the view is really what is impressive - it is like a postcard! Pool was lovely and clean and we loved having access to the bar - so peaceful and romantic. Simply Stunning. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book!

The views and the service were the best here. Yes the rooms are small and the hotel is a little bit purdated but the breakfast is so good and the the staff is so nice its super worth it!! Ravello is magical!!

Great well run family hotel. Ideally placed for exploring Ravello with great views of the Amalfi Coast. Great food and service on the the evenings we had dinner in the restaurant. Staff couldn’t have done more to make our stay anymore enjoyable. Definitely will be returning.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot with unbelievable views. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and warm. There is not an elevator from the street to the lobby and we needed help so they had the bartender come help us which was very much appreciated! We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Wow!!! Family owned and operated for generations and everyone from check-in to the main chef/sommelier are immediate family members who take great pride in their hotel and services provided. Besides the epic views from the room, pool, restaurant, and outdoor bar the rooms are super clean and modern while maintaining the Amalfi coast classic vibe. It is worth every penny to stay here!!
