We messaged the management team about 4-5 times about the hot tub being disgusting. One night we finally got a guy to come out there and he originally said that they would have to drain it and refill it because it was so disgusting. Then 5 minutes later he comes back in and says it’s good to go. We were skeptical about this and didn’t get in it that night. Next morning comes around hot tub is still not clean and the filters were literally black. Next two days I contact the management team and they said a ticket has been put in. Rest of the week nobody comes to even look at it. Was very disappointed as the hot tub was 60% of the reason for booking this place. Still have not been contacted about this issue I guess they just blew us off since we had already paid them.

This was better than we thought! House was well stocked with beautiful dishes, stainless steel pots and pans, great beds. The location couldn’t have been better. We skied…gondola literally 4 min walk and the FREE Vacasa shuttle took us everywhere we needed to go within 15 min of a call they were there. We hope to go back soon!

The house was awesome! Clean and ready for us.
Our one problem was: When we arrived, none of the 7 beds had been made.
We had to call and email but were quickly assisted and a crew came out to bring clean linens and make the beds for us.
I do wish there had been a few more kitchen towels too-there were only two.
All else was good. It was nice to have a laundry room and detergent was provided. There was also shampoo and body wash in each shower-nice bonus for the 5 kids!
The Vacasa shuttle was AMAZING and saved us time, stress and money toting 9 people around.
Would DEFINITELY return here to vacation.

This was a very nice (and clearly, brand new for 22-23 season) condo that was 5-7 min "walk-to" Wildhorse Gondola that takes you to Steamboat base. Very much loved/appreciated this feature as it cuts out the hassle of trying to find parking. We parked at the nearby Meadows Lot on get-away/check-out day and shuttled in to ski before driving home at the end of the day. Hot tub was great and often used. Very spacious and bathrooms are new with luxurious feel. We had some cancelations so downstairs area was mostly unused, but this is a huge place that is probably best enjoyed with a big group or big family trip.

Great location with east access to the mountain base via gondola and to town with the Vacasa shuttle. Comfortable home with plenty of room (11 adults) and beautiful views of the mountains!

Our family had a fabulous time in this beautiful & very comfortable home. The kitchen was well equipped for making family dinners & perfect spaces for games, cards & puzzle working! Thanks for having us. Hope to return for another awesome stay!
