Aqua Vista is the ultimate place to stay in Pedro. The location is convenient to everything and quiet when it’s time to sleep. The design and materials used are modern and top notch. Everything worked well, especially the AC! I will make this my go to spot in San Pedro.

Amazing place and even better people running it. The management team, Mandy and KP, took great care of us during our stay and made several recommendations for activities, restaurants, and transportation. The housekeeping team, Caroline and Emi went above and beyond keeping us well stocked and tidy. The location is centralized in San Pedro with numerous, delicious restaurants in walking distance. The hotel provided parking space for our golf cart rental and clean drinking water during our stay. We wouldn’t change a thing!

I thought this was an excellent place to stay for vacation and both the staff working when we arrived as well as the owners were awesome to deal with. Next trip to San Pedro we will stay at the same place, the area and the room itself were both great to be in - Mike and Cherish

Very comfortable 2-night stay at Aqua Vista. Mindy was so attentive and even booked my jumper flight from BZE to San Pedro and picked me up from the airport on her day off (the hotel is a bit far from the airport if you have luggage). Once I arrived I was so touched to find my room decorated for my birthday. There are so many thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and water (thankful it's not plastic bottled water), option to rent a bike and kayak ($10/day), and plenty of extra games, umbrellas, sunscreen, and mosquito repellant (etc.) in the communal hotel closet. Mindy and KP responding quickly to anything you need, including renting a golf cart (make sure you do this in advance as I had trouble finding one once I was there), connecting you to tour groups, and recommendations for things to do or places to eat. I highly recommend booking your stay with them!

Our go to place in San Pedro! Friendly staff, the place is always clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. Comfy bed, kitchen is well equipped, and you can't beat the view! A lot of restaurants & bars within walking distance.

Great and modern property, near the main restaurants of the area (they do have a kayak to rent too), the management really cares about their guests and they are very helpful (5 stars to them too!).

This property is close to San Pedro city center, right in the beach, walkable to great restaurants, and the property managers Mandy and her husband were so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!

The hosts are amazing and very accommodating. The apartment was sparkly clean. Lots of good food in walking distance. There is a beautiful, sandy place to sit where you can watch the sea. And the beach is right there. I would highly recommend this place.

Laid back property with friendly, helpful managers and housekeeping. Good location. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Downside, don’t plan on swimming out front with all the seaweed right now. Go to Secret Beach for swimming.

This is a cute place in a great location. The 1 bedroom unit was more than adequate with a full fridge, toaster and coffee maker. The room is sort of small and I wouldn't try to put a third adult in the futon but it is good for 2 people, especially when you spend most of your time outside. We intended to rent a golf cart for at least part of our stay, but found we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go so didn't bother. There are plenty of restaurants and bars very nearby. You can use the pool at Seven Seas next door. Mandy and Kevin were very helpful with answering questions. I would recommend this place.

The resort was very easy to get to. It’s close to every thing (bar, restaurant, excursions, grocery stores, bakery, etc)

We have been to Belize many times, this was our first time at this location. Great location to just walk to many restaurants and the Nauti Crab next door has something going on every day to keep you busy. Kevin and Mandy can the managers were always making sure we had everything needed.

The rooms are absolutely great. It has a small kitchen and living room and the hammock on the balcony is just awsome. All rooms have a beautiful view on the ocean. If you rent a golf cart everything is close bye. Mandy who is the manager of the property is super sweet and gives you so many tips. Her husband Kevin is a lifesaver who repares everything you need. On my whole trip, this was the best place i stayed in.

Super nice place to stay, newly renovated with some class. Has exactly what you need for a few days or longer, and centrally located to get just about anywhere. What makes this place really shine is Mandy, she is the property manager and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for the stay. She is well connected on the island and knows the place very well.

We loved the view and the proximity to everything. Mandy and Kevin were awesome and very attentive to any of our needs.

This property had recently been renovated. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. There are only 6 units and no onsight office. They have a worker who is there in the morning to clean up but if you need anything they are a whatsapp call away and very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the front porch, hammock and view. The location is perfect for it's close proximity to town as it's very walkable. The only thing missing is a private pool. Hopefully that is something they will consider in the future. However we had access to the pool next door. There is a beach in front but it's not really a swimmable area as there is some boat traffic. There wasn't a safe in the room which we would have liked and they only gave us one jug (1 gal?) of water for our entire stay (1 week). Luckily for us we were able to buy a large water jug and dispenser from the property next door to use for our stay. Otherwise, we would have had to go out and buy water on a daily basis. We typically drank 2 gallons of water per day (especially in the August heat) so this was a big inconvenience for us. However, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again based on location, amenities and cleanliness.

Great communications from the management even before my arrival. They provided lots of great info about the location via an app, which allowed me to expedite my checkin process as well. A rep was waiting for me as soon as I arrived on site. The suite is brand new and next to the beach with a hammock right outside on the balcony. There’s a kitchenette and fridge and drinking water. When I couldn’t find the remote for the AC unit, they responded immediately and sent someone to fix the issue. Highly recommended!

The property is right on the beach and is in walking distance of everything you’d want to do. There’s beach chairs and hammocks for lounging around. The beds were brand new! The place was very clean and Marlena was very helpful with everything! It was a great stay

Liked the view and the patio. Location was great. Staff on-site Marlena was great. Fridge started to leak. Window coverings stained. Walls stained. Shower was broken. Shower head was corroded with green slime. Drain didn’t work so you showered in a wading pool. Overall Shower didn’t function properly. Bed was horrible. Springs poking you. Could not sleep through even one night. Was so happy manager offered me a full refund after I said complained. Unfortunately he also contradicts me and said the shower drain was fine when it was not. My experience could not have been better. Location was just North of downtown and a short walk to everything we wanted. The staff was unfailingly accommodating and we wanted for nothing. Just what we needed on our vacation. And the view was astonishing!

It was a well kept property. Beds were Ok but could use an upgrade. All Staff was great! After being on the island and checking about prices for other place .I feel aqua vista was overpriced . We love the people their and will be back.

Everything about our stay was great. From great instructions of how to get to San Pedro, getting picked up at the water taxi, to the complimentary drinks, and great tips and service.

This is a great family run boutique guest house. Our hosts were magnificent and the location right across from our dive shops and a terrific bar and restaurant

This was a great property and I enjoyed staying here. There aren't a whole lot of amenities, but I am very low maintenance so I only need a balcony and a view. There are many shops and restaurants close by, within walking distance which is also a requirement for me. I would definitely stay here again!

Second floor rooms open to a balcony with hammocks. This is not a luxury hotel but it's great for the price with a kitchenette, living room, and central location on the beach. Rooms are cleaned with sheets and towels replaced about every 3 days. There is no laundromat.

The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The guests above our unit were being loud and very disrespectful to others - the owners handled the situation with balance and ensured all the guests were enjoying their stay. Guests come first with these owners. Worth the stay.
