Phil was a most gracious host as he answered our questions in a quick and thorough manner. The accomodations and location were exactly as described. We will stay here again on our next visit to Page and would recommend it to friends and family.

This is our second year coming back to this property for our annual fishing trip. This place is so well setup, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

The house had everything you need, including cooler and beach towels. Phil was extremely prompt and accommodating when I discovered I made a mistake with days needed.

We loved the house. Everything was immaculate, and we loved the fire pit in the back at night. There were more than enough supplies for our stay, and we highly recommend others choose to stay as well. Our only concern is that the couch sits very low and it was hard to get up from. Phil was great!

We did a couple nights in Page to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Phil's house was a great base location. Nice quiet neighborhood, large backyard for my dog, clean and organized house. We were very comfortable! Restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops were all close by. Phil was a great host and promptly answered our questions. Would definitely recommend his house to anyone visiting Page.

Our family stayed while we visited Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and the Glen Canyon Dam. The location is great for all the events and had nice casual restaurants near us. I would say the outside of the house needs some love but the inside suited our family well.

Everything was amazing - loved the place - just wish we could have gotten the gas fire pit to light - smelled the gas but couldnt get the starter to iginite.

On a road trip with 5 of us to see Horseshoe bend and slot canyon. This was a great property and nice location for our adventures. The property was newly done, comfortable, safe quiet location and clean. I highly recommend!

Our wives loved this property, from the updated kitchen and baths to the comfortable beds. The location is great for trips to Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Big Bend and the downtown establishments. Clean and comfortable.

This home was absolutely perfect and better than we could have hoped for. Clean, well stocked with extras, great location, beds, baths, kitchen were all top quality. One of the best we have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Page.

Perfect sized house with everything you need to relax and have fun! Close to all activities and very well appointed. They have the details covered to make you feel at home and relaxed. We had trouble with finding tv channels, but it’s probably our own ineptitude. Great stay!

3 guys with 2 bass boats stayed for a week long tournament. The house was perfect for us. Covered parking and additional parking, beautiful grill and comfortable beds! If we come back to lake Powell we will definitely be staying here again.

The property was just perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making family meals. The covered parking was great and there was even boat parking which was excellent for us. The location of the home was central to town and close to everything. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to stay again.

Love our stay in Page! We are avid boaters and spent most of our days on Lake Powell! The house was centrally located, easy to grab gas, ice, etc at Circle K and be at the launch ramp in less that 10 min. The house was clean and had one of the best stocked kitchens where we enjoyed cooking dinner every night!!! Loved that the house was pet friendly….our boxer was delighted hanging with the family!!! Oh and 4th of July…..we had a front row seat to the fireworks while sitting in our boat in the driveway!!! We look forward to returning next year!!!

We loved this property!! The side driveway was perfect for our boat with a tall tower. We had plenty of space. My kids loved the beds and thought they were so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We couldn’t have been happier! Place was clean and had so many great little extras-wonderful soaps and spices, great towels, charging stations in the bedrooms! Comfortable furniture and beds. Phil was very responsive and we were able to get into the property a little early on our checkin date. Great location for exploring Page. Loved every minute in Page.

Great house for a small group. Very clean and updated inside with attention to small conveniences. Wish it had a fenced yard but otherwise perfect!

This house was perfect for what we needed. Clean and well put together. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do in Page - Antelope Canyon, horseshoe bend etc. nice yard for the kids to stretch their legs and outdoor seating area for us to relax. Would stay again.!

If you’re looking for a clean home with access to everything Page has to offer, then look no further. My family and I stayed here to see all the northern AZ sites. Horseshoe Bend is 5 minutes away, Antelope Canyon is 5-10 depending on your tour and Lake Powell is right around the corner. This home is located right in the center of town. Very quiet neighborhood, super clean and upgraded home. Kitchen fully stocked, usb chargers in every room, bathrooms fully stocked as well. Backyard was great for my dogs and it even had a new grill for cooking! Spacious backyard and great outdoor furniture for relaxing and hanging out. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Page. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
