My check in time was at 4 PM, when I arrived at the home at that time it had trash everywhere and the dishes were dirty, there were maids inside trying to clean everything. I messaged the host asking when the maids would be done cleaning since I had people coming to the home soon and the checkin was at 4 PM. The host said they would leave in 10 minutes. The maids did not leave until 5 PM. Once the maids left I quickly found that they did not do a great job and the house was dirty and the dishes the maids “cleaned” had food and spots still on them. There were sticky parts on the floor randomly and the shower curtain was moldy. Then I saw that the hot tub was broken and the water was green inside. The host messaged me that the hot tub was indeed broken and would send someone to fix it, but the host did not give a time on when the crew would come to fix it. At 9 PM a guy wearing normal clothes came to the house, I messaged the host to confirm they were there to fix the hot tub but the host never responded. I turned the man away because we were a house full of girls and scared to let a random man in at 9 PM at night without a verification from the host he was there to fix the hot tub. The next day the host told me it was my fault for not letting the man in and informed me they would not fix the hot tub. They did give me a $150 refund at least. My experience was terrible and would not recommend anyone stay there. Unfortunately, I can’t include pics in this, otherwise I would.

In a terrible area, the neighborhood is a mess. We rented the property originally to host business associates and clients for meetings during a conference. When I called the owners they said "its not our fault for how the neighborhood looks" I asked for a refund and I was ignored, told to "search google maps for a more accurate description of the property" the pictures were not of the front of the house.

Plenty of room and nicely remodeled home. We loved how so many original features were left.

Very pretty historical home that’s been remodeled to a modern style. Beryl is a great host. Stairs are a little steep and unsteady, scary for older or babies. & the kids loft is on the third/4th floor up the steepest flight of stairs, so a tad nerve wrecking. & the hammock is uneven & will DUMP you out. Haha. But still a beautiful home. Nothing to complain about, kitchen is beyond beautiful. Back yard hang out area is awesome. Reccommend a stay here

We just stay one night but my daughter enjoy every space very fun

This place was amazing. Very clean and nice accommodations. We were in town for a concert and very close to it. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house and location. Perfect for our larger group! Would stay in this house again!

House was well-kept, clean, beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt quite at home. Kitchen is well stocked but if all our cousins had come, we would have been short on plates, etc. Nice utensil drawer and pots and pans. Loved the backyard even though it was raining. We enjoyed the lights out back and looking at the nice furniture. :) Appreciated the owners attention to our call regarding lights and fans. The amenities in the bathrooms were nice (toothbrushes, soaps, toothpaste, etc). Only suggestions we have are to have wash clothes, hairdryers and ice. Thank you for sharing your home!

The home is very spacious and great for a big group!

We had the best stay in this lovely home! The house was perfect for our group. Extremely clean and we had everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive and communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend booking this for a large group!

You won’t regret booking this amazing place! Our host was accommodating and quick to response. We had such a great time and the property is well maintained and is so welcoming you feel like you are staying with family. The local eateries are great and very close by. The grocery stores are no more than a 8 minute drive. Your expectations will be exceeded. Beryl is an amazing host and we thank her for welcoming us to her property.

Easy access to major highways. Food close by. Easy check in process and host was quick to respond. Overall no complaints.
