We had a great stay. The location was really nice as well. Breakfast was delicious and the view was beautiful off the back balcony.

The hotel was a good surprise and more modern than all the others around. The wait for the restaurant was very long but still also a good surprise. The food was very tasty and well cooked. I would recommend to stay here

Marked as "beachfront", surely that's an error. Nice to see EV charging. No recycling though, which I thought was weird.

Lovely stay, we leaned on the staff a bit to help with time zones and they were kind enough to arrange a small birthday hamper for my partner. The small gestures and acknowledgements meant a lot. Great location for Canyons and Lake Powell, free parking plus plenty of amenities near by.

Place was spotless…towels could use replacing as there were some stains. Front desk help was a little short when asked recommendations, but overall I would recommend this hotel if someone was going to page

Our stay at Hyatt Place Page Lake Powell was truly exceptional. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the stunning surroundings of Page, AZ. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast options, which were varied and delicious, setting us up perfectly for our days of adventure. The service was top-notch, with the staff being both proactive and responsive to our needs. Every interaction we had was positive, and their friendliness made us feel right at home. Out of all our stops on our swing through Utah, Arizona, and Nevada, this was by far the best stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Laundry was easy to use and room was nice

This was an absolutely gorgeous facility. It is relatively new, so this was no surprise. For the most part, the staff was friendly. They did, however, seem slightly understaffed. The pool area was not maintained fully, and this was likely due to a lack of help. Otherwise, this was a solid experience.

The property is close to many of the attractions. Dining is also easy and there were varieties nearby. I do like the washer and dryer availability and the restaurant within the premises. Breakfast was also great.

No frill little hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent with great varieties! The berries are some of the sweetest we’ve ever tasted. The room is OK showing a bit of aging but the blackout curtain helped us sleep so nicely. Water and ice fillup station is a nice touch too. Restaurant has a very limited menu but lots of vegetarian options! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Courteous competent staff. Great breakfast option. Convenient location

The breakfast and other dining options at the hotel were excellent. However, when we arrived at the breakfast area when it was supposed to open, it was not ready for service until about 15 minutes later. Several of the other guests also complained about the late opening. In addition, throughout our stay, the staff was not welcoming or courteous in all our interactions with them, and they appeared bored and non-chalant when addressing guests. We had just stayed at the Hyatt Place in Moab prior to our visit at your property in Page, and the staff there was welcoming, courteous and very professional in ensuring all the guests had a wonderful stay. Thus, I was very disappointed by the lack of hospitality at the Page Hyatt Place. In addition, our room key became inoperable when we returned from an excursion to Antelope Canyon, and when I went to the desk to resolve the matter, it took about 30 minutes to do so, and when I asked why I was locked out of my room, the woman at the front desk said she couldn't provide a reason, and she gave me a new key with no apologies. I do want to recognize the young woman who checked us out, however. She was very professional, courteous, and seemed to enjoy her job. Although I cannot remember her first name in totality, I can tell you it was a beautiful Japanese name starting with the letter K. Hopefully, that will help identify this pleasant young woman.

Very kind and helpful staff! Clean and comfortable room. Convenient guest laundry. Only complaint was pool looked cloudy and not healthy to swim in. Too bad because it was so hot!!
