Great location on less busy part of front street, but still walking distance to so many things! The condo was well furnished. Easy check out was a big perk too.

Loved staying here. Location was perfect. Nicely furnished and maintained. Communication with management was good. Would recommend to others.

We had a great time the accommodations were excellent. We could walk to Pickleball or out to dinner downtown. We will definitely comeback.

Riley was east to work with, everything was clean and in good working order. Perfect spot for a couple couples visiting the area for a few days. Would recommend and would go back.

First experience with VRBO and it could not have been better. Very clean, well stocked and space for all 6 adults.

Great condo, modern and spacious with all basic provisions in place. Easily walkable to best districts and downtown. Awesome prepared foods to stock the condo, and many restaurants nearby. No road noise or noise from other condos next to or under this unit.

Great location, can easily walk downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The AC had a hard time keeping it as cool as some wanted. Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was clean, modern and easy to walk or Uber around downtown Traverse City. Great burgers, brewery and convenience store located directly outside the residence.

The property was new and clean! Located in a great walking location to so many places. We would come back and stay again.

The kitchen was well stocked. The king beds were good. The common room furniture was ok, but could have been a little more comfortable. And lamps would have been much nicer than a the overhead lights.
Overall, it was a great property and a very good location for us.

We enjoyed property and location overall for the price! The only issue is that this is a third floor property and the elevator is woefully inconsistent. It was not working when we checked in or checked out (which are honestly the two most needed times). This wasn't a huge issue for us but thought others should be aware when traveling because this might not be doable for everyone. Had the price not been so good, this would have bothered us. Everything else was great!

The condo was just as described and shown in photos. Very cute place and we enjoyed our stay. Especially loved that there wasn't a huge list of tasks for us to do at checkout like usual VRBO rentals.

Great location within walking distance to downtown. Some local restaurants. Even recommend the pizza from the liquor store next door.

We love TC and this place allowed us to have a decently priced last minute vacay! Well equipped kitchen gave us the chance to stay in and cook. Quiet area but close proximity to fun restaurants and activities.

This rental is bright, open and very comfortable! It is in a great location that is walkable to all of Traverse City's great shops, galleries, and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all of the essentials you would need. We will definitely return to TC and use this rental again!!

We loved our stay in the beautiful, well-appointed property. We truly felt like "guest"! Location and parking are a plus The place was sparkling clean and (it's a small thing, I know, BUT) it was great to find ice already made in the freezer! :)
