Drove from Tucson to Indian Wells…knew I’d get a good meal, a beautiful pool space & great rest. Super dog friendly. Love our stay everytime!

We have stayed at the Sands 5 times in the last 3 years everytime being a 3-4 night stay. We love this property, it’s very clean , relaxing. The staff are attentive and always are nice. They have a beautiful restaurant on property the pink cabana that you can also use for poolside drinks. We checked in per usual actually pretty late for us about 8:30 pm after a long drive. Tired and just trying to get in our room , mind you we just stayed at Sands in june less then 2 months ago. We get to the paper signing like normal “ initial here , sign here” the front desk person says. Without even questioning or knowing because we just stayed here We sign. They give us a parking pass which was weird because we never got one of those before. So we get to our room maybe a few hours later I check my bank account to make sure everything had went through from the room payment. I see I got over charged. I text the front desk , call Expedia , they get it taken care of for me and reassure that I will be getting my funds back for the over charge. No problem. So I thought. Sands will say it’s not an over charge because it’s a new “ resort , WiFi , parking daily fee” now but they should really tell their guests and not expect people just to sign something. I’m always told everywhere I stay. Also for 3rd party bookings they need to be included in price like it states at checkout . $423.00 turned into $517.00 for a two night stay. Just be aware that these feel like hidden fees and be prepared.

Amazing place to stay.

Sands Hotel is my absolute favorite resort in Palm Springs. My husband and I come celebrate our wedding anniversary every year. What is there not to love? It’s quiet, adult only, pool is open 24/7, and has one of the best restaurants. The pink cabana is located inside the resort. They change the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you literally do not have to leave. Poolside service is also top tier. A stay at Sands is an absolute must!

Every member of the staff was incredibly nice, the ambiance and the decor were demure and cutesy, and the bed was super comfortable!

Literally one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The PM bartenders were fabulous, the spa attendant was amazing, and check-in and concierge were friendly and process was seamless. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Whoever designed the spaces is on top of it. Beautiful eye for detail, looking forward to making this a yearly girls trip.

The property was beautiful and comfortable! We loved how quiet and relaxing it was. The drinks were tasty and the few appetizer options were also very good, We only wish there was more food options between 3pm-5pm.

This hotel is so cute an amazing! The beds are comfortable, and every detail of decor is just A+. I loved that my room had a soaking tub.

True to its name, resort and spa. It lived up to my expectations.

I have been coming to this resort ever since it opened. It is a yearly trip that my wife and I look forward to. We used to celebrate our anniversary here but now we celebrate my wife’s cancer/tumor removal surgery date. Every year is always better than the last with the exception of this year. Firstly, my wife and I always get the same room that we love- the one with the couch and the tub. I was told that we were getting an upgrade when we checked in and we were stoked! Well, we ended up with one of the smallest rooms. No tub, no couch, small shower, etc. It felt so odd to be excited only to be let down. So was it an upgrade? I think not. We were able to switch rooms but we had to pay extra. When we booked we specifically chose the one we always get I was confused. Then I was given an explanation of how the person who was originally going into the room we paid extra for would receive an upgrade since we were taking their room. It felt icky. The service at the restaurant was slow. The pool wasn’t as clean as usual. The AC in our room didn’t budge below 78. It was rough. The last few times we were there the wonderful workers surprised us with a card, some dates, and a few times we were given a bottle of bubbly. The service was top notch. The energy was immaculate. Total bummer. Hoping next year will be better. We hope next year will make up for this go around.

Was a great stay

I like the spacious room and big bathroom with beautiful decor, The restaurant is really good.and my waitress was very cheerful, blonde hair, forgot her name, Everyone was kind and friendly. Shout out to Jacklyn, Graig and Allen for their top notch customer service.

Outstanding customer services in all areas. Hotel is very private for couples. Love the Moroccan inspired decor!

We loved staying here for a quick weekend getaway, we will be back soon .
