Such a great property with a great view! 3 couples, 3 master bedrooms- all with access to the balcony. We had a great time enjoying the view, balcony, hottub, and even getting in room massages. Highly recommend this is you’re traveling with friends or family.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit and the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. This unit is the best unit in RP if you love the water. All other resorts are setback about 50-100 ft from the sea wall, but this expansive patio is right at the edge of the retaining wall for the beach. All other amenities will exceed your expectations as well. Diego’s Tiki Lounge, onsite, is an excellent restaurant by any standard. And it’s modestly priced and close to the beach.

We stayed here for 5 nights with our immediate and extended family and it could not have been a better choice. The large living room and 3 bedrooms provided plenty of space for 8 of us, and it even had a private nook for our teenager. The view from the extra large balcony was breathtaking and it felt like our own private villa. We even practically had our own security guard to provide that extra piece of mind. The beautiful and clean pool and bar is conveniently just a few steps away and Diego’s Tiki Bar is can’t miss. Highly recommend this condo for your perfect beach getaway.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Fantastic views from every room, with easy access to the pool and the beach. Everyone in our group had their own bathroom, which if you have ever traveled with a large group is a must. Each bedroom had a king-size bed, with access to the patio from their room. The staff with SB vacation rentals was very attentive to every question we had prior to our arrival and also while there. We ran into an appliance issue and Scott and his team quickly resolved the issue. I would highly recommend the SB Vacation Rental team for any accommodations for your stay in Rocky Point. We are already planning for our next trip and will be using SB Vacation rentals for our future trips to Rocky Point.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Would highly recommend and stay again in a heartbeat. Clean and the most beautiful sunsets on Sandy beach!

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. Comfortably slept our party of 10 and Sarina was extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back!
