This was a 2 nite retreat for some marathon sewing- loved watching the River and birds at the feeder.

Such a beautiful vacation spot. I highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely view, the comfortable sunporch and well appointed home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return! The host was very responsive and helpful. Check out was a breeze!

The views from this property can't be beat! It's an idyllic location right on the water, in a quiet neighbor. We watched birds and fish, and sunrises and sunsets. We loved that the house had a sunroom, so when it got cold (or our first day, it rained), we could sit in there and still feel like we were outside, without being right out in the elements. The sunroom was also very bright, so even thought it was rainy, it still felt bright. The house is all one floor, so if you have anyone in your party who has difficulty with stairs, this is the location for you. The living area was perfect and the house had everything we needed. This is also a great location, where you have all that Niantic has to offer, but it's not far from Old Saybrook or Essex. The owners could not have been nicer or more prompt responding to us, and even though our stay may be considered "out of season", they made sure a table and chairs, along with adirondack chairs for the yard, were still out for us to enjoy. Highly recommend!
