Place was cozy for three of us but we knew that going in. Perfectly sized for our needs, sleep and quick meals. The location is fantastic, walked the dogs to the restaurants ~25 minutes away got them tuckered out. Otherwise the beach is less than a two minute walk from the property.

The property was as expected, clean and well decorated, although I wouldn't recommend it for people above average height. Owner was very attentive and responded to all our inquiries quickly and courteously. All our needs were met with amenities provided and location is central to multiple beaches with a short drive or long walk. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet aside from the one gentleman loudly expressing his displeasure about a dog and his mailbox at 6:30am. Things happen.

This was a very last minute trip same day to be exact. Michael is very attentive and replied right away so we were able to book it for the same day. Stayed 3 nights. Everything about this place is amazing. The view spectacular. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood walked each morning to KB's a bagel/coffee shop which is 10+ as well. The condo has everything you will need for the beach, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of toiletries. Very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and the view of the ocean is incredible. We had an amazing time. Thank you Michael for sharing this gem of a place.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo which had everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood (winter season) and we loved how close it was to the beach and loved walking with our dog to get coffee each morning at KB's down the road. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall, a great stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and had such a great time. Michael, the host, was exceptionally responsive when we needed to contact him. The condo was easy to access and it was very clean. It was stocked with everything you would need for a beach getaway from beach chairs, beach bag, towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. The view overlooked the ocean and was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect for a beach vacation and so cozy. We loved that it was pet friendly because we brought our dog with us and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with her. Right away we noticed the neighborhood was very clean and felt safe, but also anyone we would walk past would say hello. There is a bagel/coffee shop walking distance from the condo as well. The only thing we noticed was Ubers and Lyfts were impossible to get to the boardwalk, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. It might be for anyone who is wanting to be close walking distance to the bars and restaurants. We went to dinner one of the nights in Portsmouth and absolutely loved that town. It is definitely a place to go to if you want more of a romantic evening out for dinner with your partner. We highly recommend it here and will definitely stay here again when we visit. First time in Hampton Beach, NH and won’t be our last! Thank you Michael for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Clean, loved the decor and everything was accessible. The communication for directions to the property and any other inquiries I had was instant response time. Close to the beach, able to walk there in two minutes. Nice neighbors. Appreciated the customer service because it wasn’t robotic .
