Brand new room in a historic hotel. Great service and beautiful view

Wonderful hotel in Venice

From all of our hotels during our Italy trip, this was our favorite. The family room was spacious - we basically had 2 bedrooms and a full living room with authentic pictures. The service and the restaurant were great. Overall we had an excellent experience.

A Beautiful hotel in a good location. Our room was stunning & the breakfast was fabulous, we would highly recommend staying here. If we come back to Venice again we’d definitely stay here

Beautiful hotel in a great location. It was spacious (we had a suite), very comfortable with large bath and amazing balcony.

The property was amazing and the location ideal from the train station. More importantly, the staff was amazing Stefania provided incredible service and aid especially in supporting us as we were lost. She went above and beyond. Bravo to the staff

The hotel staff were excellent, providing very good and personable customer service. The food was fantastic and the quality of the hotel interiors and rooms exceptional, with special attention to details that other hotels often miss or get wrong. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Venice.

Superb, well appointed luxury hotel just away from the madding crowds. Our room had a canal view and yes the boats can make a noise from quite early but it's part of the Venetian charm! Very comfortable room with sizeable bathroom and comfy bed. Staff are very very helpful and always smiling. Fully recommend taking the breakfast option - sets you up for the day.

Very friendly and efficient staff, great rooms, just a bit out of the more tourist area, but overall a great place to stay

The room was huge and gorgeous. Staff was very helpful and the bathroom had two basins and an overhead shower. It was quite elegant.

Exceptional, have been to Venice several times this will always be home in beautiful Venice. Loved it, arrived on train from Florence and a short walk to hotel. Breakfast a la carte was awesome and fits the romantic charm.

My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Pictures don’t do this property justice, it’s so much more beautiful in person. The room was huge with super high ceilings and just loved everything about staying in this huge palace. Only place I’d stay in Venice!

This property was breathtaking and the staff was exceptional . The only disappointment was the secret garden closing earlier than I was told and my arrangement for transport from the airport was very late but overall an exceptional stay

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and professional. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephanie who was very nice She showed us our room and welcomed us with a bottle of cold champagne that was very sweet. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was not available during stay but the restaurants around the hotel were good and right next to the water. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Venice!

Really easy to get to from Venice train station and transit hub, free drinks upon arrival, nearby several restaurants with a fantastic one right in the hotel, and they helped book me a private water taxi at 3 am for my early morning flight. super fancy hotel rooms with significant attention to detail. Definitely coming back.

Looking at the photos, I wondered if the architecture would be magnificent or a little fake, but the reviews were great and I tried it. Seen in the flesh, it has been lovingly restaured and is magnificent and charming. Restaured frescoes and stuccos, attention to details, true materials. The electronic controlled everything in the room is a little too clever though. The neighborhood is very nice, both active, away from the crowd and close to everything. It is a small palazzo, which the considerate staff made us feel more like a nice home in Venice than a hotel. Well done !

What an amazing Hotel such elegance and beauty. The staff was wonderful kind and always there to help. A great restaurant on the property delicious food prepared always!! Will be back a must!!

Overall wonderful, different than the conventional hotel, central location right on the grand canal.

Exquisite hotel. Shutters and black out curtains made for the most peaceful sleep. Located within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square with so many dining options nearby. The included breakfast was more than you can imagine. The espresso maker in the room was fabulous too. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful frescos on all walls. Bathroom was tiny.

Suite was breathtaking. More than we even hoped for. Refurbished. Very kind staff. 30 min nice walk to St Mark's. Also on vaporetto line. In nice neighborhood of Cannaregio.

This hotel is beautiful, friendly staff, clean. Our flight was in the evening on the day we checked out, they allowed us to leave our bags. On return they were all friendly. I would recommend

Great little place away from the busyness of the grand canal.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.
