Great location close to everything for walking. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

The place was very clean and the bed was ultra soft it was also very quite overal the stay was excellent.

it's a good hotel. The people are competent, the hotel is well run and in a good location; a ten minute or so walk from the Prud. Cen. for a Devils game and from Newark Pen. St. for an easy commute to NYC.

Everything was good loved the security presence parking attendants were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel could use better parking space understanding the area doesn’t really allow.

This hotel is amazing! My room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever experienced. I also had a beautiful view of Manhattan from my room. It's conveniently located within a few minutes walk of Newark Penn Station.

Been here before. Good value for money, close to Newark Penn and access to NYC.

Used as base for New York. Good standard with large rooms and great facilities. Good breakfast and bar. Clise to Penn station for easy access to New York. Ideal.

Short stay for my bday weekend and it was peaceful, clean and convenient. I’d definitely stay again .

When it came time to checking in the hotel could not find our reservation. The reservation from hotels.com did not cross over to the hotel. They ended up just booking us a room.

Staff are not friendly and no clear direction on anything including on parking/parking lot (which also costs extra and is not included in your room cost). Restaurant staff were the only nice staff.

Great place. Huge room but no space between bed and wall on one side. No seating other than bed but plenty of room for sofa and chairs

You have to pay to park.I entered the lot n took a ticket as instructed.Valet came right over n gave me another ticket then took my car. Front desk was less than friendly or helpful.asked about parking.She said it was 23.00.took my credit card.I assumed she charged me for parking since room was already paid for.Went in elevator, never moved.Pressed open door.jumped out, used the stairs even though a sign said only use in emergency.Room was nice, no complaints Went to Dutch pub for dinner. No hostess.stood there. Walked back to the bar to ask if we could sit somewhere. We did. Food was excellent. Uber to prudential but walked home bc it was so close.Breakfast the next day we stood there again then just helped ourselves to the buffet. 18.50 all you can eat. Had to again go to bar, ask if we could sit, ask for coffee and water. Again up to the bar ask for another coffee and water. Then up to the bar again to pay.The servers at Dutch pub were extremely kind though. Check out, again not so friendly. Same woman. On the phone. Appeared they could care less about the stay. Asked for a receipt and she said you already paid through Expedia so there’s no receipt. I said what about parking.She asked if I got a receipt when I checked in. I said no. She had to then charge me for parking and give me a receipt with a barcode in order to get out of the lot. Upon getting home I called because my charge for Parking on my bank statement is 46.00. She originally said 20.00. Same lady. No help.

Easy location and walkable distance to the train. Clean hotel, modern furnishings, safe location and easy parking . The room was comfortable and looks like it was renovated.

I thought they were amazing for allowing early check inn until they provided access to my room to another guest . They didn’t even notified me the cards would stopped working after that happened . I had to find out the hard way . Lady gave alight attitude even though it was their error

Renovated hotel, room cleanliness is not at best, it’s essential to clean up for yourself if you plan to stay there.

The property was very modern, dining options were enjoybale and quiet (off the main road).

King bed room was good. Normal amount of “city noises “.

Enjoyed myself there thank you all so much for the over all experience.

Nice location and hotel, but customer service is lacking.

I stayed here many times before, always a pleasant experience. The only thing that upset me was one of the cleaning people knocked on my door at 8am to ask if I was leaving yet and checkout wasn’t until 12pm. Other than that, beautiful hotel, wonderful restaurant, front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Modern, fresh , and clean

I was welcomed with such friendliness at the desk, the room was just as expected, neat clean, no complaints, the restaurant in the hotel was amazing! the services was amazing, food was even better! i would definitely book again as well as visit their restaurant ! those short rib and chicken tacos were to die for!
