Amazing hotel with friendly staff

Hotel looks fine at frist glance, average, ok. But it’s not really a great stay or worth the money they charge. Rooms are very basic, small, bathrooms same. Soundproofing is not good, you hear literally everything from outside as well as from other rooms.
Stuff sure wasn’t the friendliest (except for a nice lady at reception).
Breakfast is good, lot of choices. Location is also good, few min walk to centre. Plus they have underground parking, handy if you travel by car.
But all in all, for us this one was the least comfortable and pleasant stay from all our amalfi coast hotels (all in similar price range). I don’t recommend it, I am sure there are much better choices

We left after the first night. When we arrived there were stained sheets on the bed. When replaced, the new sheets had stains. The comforter and cover, which were folded on top of the wardrobe, were also stained.
“King bed” was two twins pushed together and did not stay together.

Staff was great. They assisted in arrangements for transports from train station in Naples and to the airport. Very comfortable and clean establishment and morning breakfast and coffee was wonderful.

The staff at the property reply quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp to any query.Alessandro and Angelo, were so helpful ,i had an small invasion of ants in my bathroom, this was dealt very quickly with.The area around the jacuzzi is clean and relaxing.
My room was bright and airy and air con worked a treat.
Good choice at breakfast and Costa very helpful too.
The only thing that I would say that the hotel is on a very steep approach so not for people with walking difficulties or small kids,as the descent is equally hard in a hot weather.

This hotel was absolutely stunning!!!! Beautiful and clean environment. Irina was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay just a few minutes away from Sorrento!

A really lovely hotel with exceptional staff who made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The bar, roof terrace and hot tub was lovely with amazing views and there were always sun beds available. A great place to chill and have a drink.
The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice both hot and cold options. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we preferred to eat in town and the food on the menu was a little more than we want to spend.
I don’t have any negatives but that kettles are available on request which we went aware of.
Definitely recommend staying here. We stayed a week and walked into town every evening, it’s not too far and there’s a supermarket 5 mins down the road.

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff is committed to providing excellent service. The morning waitstaff by the breakfast station was accommodating and pleasant. Although the breakfast is included in the price, it is nice to leave a small tip for the waitstaff as we found them to be incredibly humble and appreciative. The only negative is the view from the balcony faced a construction zone but this is of no fault of the hotel. The view from the rooftop may have been better but we were always out exploring so we didn't utilize the rooftop. The hotel staff is very hardworking and professional.

Beautiful hotel with a great view. There’s not much around the hotel and if you go down to the town, the climb back up is pretty steep. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooftop bar is a beautiful view. However, I thought the menu at the restaurant was very limited.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options. My only disappointment was the hot tub that is advertised is not one. It is a pool with no heater and was empty when we arrived, which is frustrating as this is the main reason we chose this hotel. My wife and I wanted to enjoy the ocean view with a glass of wine in the hot tub but couldn't

The entire staff at Domo20 in Vico Equence was attentive, kind and often made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would strongly recommend taking their advice on how to arrive at the hotel by car — google maps will not help.
The hotel is located close to the train/bus station from which you can do day-trips to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento — Napoli, Pompeii …etc.

Beautiful view from terrace. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Friendly and efficient servers at breakfast. Good breakfast. Only slight negative was a noisy group of foreigners that seemed oblivious to other visitors (not the fault at all of the hotel but was a bit annoying nonetheless).

it was a bit far from the city but they have a driver drive you to the city whenever you want which was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are really friendly too.

This hotel claims on Expedia as 5 Star but it is no more than 3 stars.
Rooms super basic don’t even have trash bin in room.
Bathrooms are designed awfully.
Expedia should remove it from their website.

Only good part was rooftop bar that too only bar not even their restaurant, we ate there the day we reached and they didn’t have basic things like onion to put in pasta

Absolutely loved the hotel and stay. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the city. We loved the staff, very family oriented and welcoming and willing to help out schedule all excursions and transportation. 30 minutes away from all tourist attractions and honestly an overall great spot.

Great property with great staff. Loved every minute of it. We used it as a central point between Naples and Amalfi which was a good call. The only issue is most of Amalfi is crushed with traffic because of local regulations so getting to other cities took hours. The easiest thing would be to use ferries to visit towns along the peninsula. This hotel is also situated close to SOFRW to making ferry access super easy.

The hotel itself is modern, very clean but what makes this hotel exceptional is their customer service. It’s beyond amazing. The staff all of them are helpful, always happy to assist and super friendly and polite.

The room was adequate and very clean with a nice view. The roof top restaurant has a beautiful view, perfect for a cocktail. The restaurant menu is limited but the food was good.

Our original plan was to stay at Domo20 for 1 night, my wife and I loved it so much we extended twice to total of 4 nights. The hotel is on the top of a mountain, and has a nice roof top bar. The room is a little small for American standard but very clean and comfortable. We rented a car, it was easy to find a parking space at the hotel, but you need to be extra careful when driving in Italy, roads/streets are much narrower.
The front desk staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to give us useful tips on how to get around and they made us felt at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Domo20 for the wonderful stay!

This is a family owned hotel with the owners and their children on site making sure all your needs are met. Very clean and new hotel with a great restaurant. The restaurant serves mostly seafood, but I told them that I was a vegetarian and the chef created a separate vegetarian menu for me and the food was delicious. Also, the view from the rooftop restaurant, lounge and jacuzzi was incredible. Staff was amazing. So much better than the larger chain hotels that I typically stay at. Highly recommend!

What a amazing place to stay at. Should be rated as a 5 start not a 3 star. Beautiful view from the room and roof terrace. Amazing staff and the restaurant has the best food in the whole Sorrento area. We loved this hotel.
