Needed air conditioning too hot. Fan noisy.

The 3 bedroom unit easily accommodated our family group. The road noise was significant.

Wasn’t to bad. Bed was really uncomfortable, like all springs. Pillows were very flat. Place was clean and tidy. No atmosphere really. Walls were very thin so you could hear the conversations in the next room. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Elevator to the 19th floor was a bit crunchy lol. There wasn’t much a round the area. We ended up ubering everywhere as it seems to be down a hill in a no exit. It was fine, a roof over my head for the night. Can’t complain.

Staff were quite rude and unfriendly, bad experience dealing with them. Rooms were average with lots of paint work needing fixing up. Beds were very creaky. Definitely only good for a very short stay.

Photos of building in website looks stunning but when you see it it is far from the photos. Paint in hallways/rooms coming off. Basically run down. Also no parking and we had to park somewhere and walk..

The property doesn’t pretend to be what it isn’t, which I can respect. But the very dated furnishings and extremely poor internet (which is additional) needs to be addressed.

We did like the fact that it catered for 6 beds. Didn't like the fact that one of the TV's didn't work, and 920 didn't have a tv and 921 had 2 in one bedroom. There wasn't crockery or cutlery for everyone. And the no carpark situation was a nightmare and costly.

Chair is broken.. Carpet is just placed on top of the old carpet which is poorly cut on the edges.. Not sure we are going back there.. Also no parking and we had to park somewhere and walk..

There was no free wifi on the property. The furnishings were cheap. The couch smelled of wee as well

Nothing unique at all. Very deceiving. I dire know where they got the photos they posted on their website but don’t be fooled ! It looks nothing like that. The elevators stink and dust covers most of the corners of the room. There’s a very unpleasant smell in all the corridors and inside the rooms as well

Poorly equipped, requests for simple things never materialised. Loud music and fights in the corridor leading to holes in the wall and the police being called armed with tasers. Avoid if you’re with young children.

Very reasonably priced. Had a 3 room apartment so suited our family well. Staff very friendly and helpful

Good if you’re just looking for a cheap place to stay, everything you need and I was happy with the comfort of the bed. Great price. Unfortunately the people hanging around the property scared us off coming back ☹️ Not their fault though

When I checked out and leave the floor on that day, the lift was not working. I need to walk down 10 floor to leave the hotel

The only plus about this property was its closeness to where I needed to be but I will not be staying here again. Even though the price was amazing the state of the rooms was awful. The cleaners need to be taught how to clean

While this was very central the apartments kitchen and bathroom was disgusting and dirty. We chose not have a shower there as it was so filthy. The good things was the bed was comfortable and the sheets where clean. The room needs redecorating as it is old and badly maintained.

This place was good for the price and when i initially saw the 19th floor i was quite surprised that it was modern and appeared clean. However there were long hairs in the bed and the toilet leaked onto the floor and created a big puddle. Thankfully my flat mate is handy and so was able to turn off the mains. I dont think they always change the sheets to save costs. The beds were very hard and like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were very thin and there were no extra pillows. For the money it was fine but if i had to stay in auckland again on a budget i would not go there.

It is a budget accommodation so what you see is what you get. Everything was fine.

Friendly and warm welcoming staff and guests. Close to the Sky Tower and shops

Excellent location and great value for the money. Staff helped when we were accidentally given the wrong type of room. You get fluffy towels and toiletries. Be aware that it is budget accommodation so no frills. There are a lot of students because it is also student housing.
