Property was in the centre of everything i loved going to. The only thing i did not like was the shower as it felt so small in the room with a sink and toilet.

Steve and Helen are very nice people The place was very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Absolutely amazing little hotel. We booked stay only but was able to book a breakfast the night before which we did and definitely did not dissapoint everything was cooked to perfection just as we asked. Room was a little small but big enough for a weekend stay but couldnt fault our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Dawn & Steve were extremely welcoming & friendly. Steve also allowed us to park on some private land next to their BnB which was very kind of him. Great location & walking distance from the town centre. We would recommend.

The room would have been quite small if there was 2 people. The owners were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts good

First time in a guest house I now wonder why I have wasted so much money staying in expensive hotels!! Wonderful hosts so welcoming and friendly- breakfast outstanding - freshly cooked and with quality ingredients (I am not a sausage lover but the ones here were outstanding) comfortable beds, clean rooms and linen - thick curtains which kept the daylight out. Felt very comfortable and safe. Very good location. Will definitely be returning.

Good little guesthouse. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Well located for the prom, tower, shops, etc. Just be aware that you will be unlikely to be able to park anywhere nearby so be prepared for a walk!

In a central location and easy to find. A clean hotel and room, with lovely hosts. The bed was comfy and the breakfast in the morning real hits the spot, would happily stay again.

Clean and comfortable, welcoming hosts. The only issue being part of our party were unable to get into their room due an issue with the lock and it had to be opened the following morning by the hosts.

Dawn and Steve your hosts are very friendly and go out their way to accommodate you. Rooms were very comfortable and central, breakfast wonderful and plenty.would recommend this guest house and certainly would go back.

We was looking for a traditional, cosy b & b that was within walking distance to the sea, Blackpool Tower and shops. We got all of this and more! The b&b was better than what we was expecting when we arrived and our room was so lovely and cosy. The couple who run the b&b was so welcoming and friendly and made us all feel at home the second we arrived. They really wanted to help make our trip a great one. They would go the extra mile to help us with anything and have a great time. I can't wait to stay again as we have found a place that is near to the beach and shopping centre and key attractions so it was perfect all round !
