Room was way too hot, bathroom was very small, shower head dirty. Paid extra to check out late but was told we had to leave an hour sooner. Was given the room key but not told way to go apart from go in the lift and floor 1. Breakfast was poor, dinning room unorganised.

This was are second visit to lyndene rooms on both stays were not good first room beds uncomfortable second stay room far to small bathroom stank of urine thank god we were only there one night second stay our friends room was ok but would not stay again staff helpful

Never a 4 star . Wouldn’t stay again in this hotel .

Room was clean..fairly spacious..warm..comfy bed..good room service..entertainment excellent..especially with having the 2 bars..

It was absolutely fine for what it cost.

What I didn’t like lift never worked

It was are 28th wedding anniversary, hotel was brilliant and the staff.

Didn’t like anything we didn’t stay as room was far too small. I have emailed you regarding a full refund as hotel was fully booked and couldn’t give us another room

In general , the hotel was clean, tidy but a bit dated. Beds were comfortable and clean , but a bit basic (flimsy headboards etc). Bedroom chairs were very worn and room was very short of space (triple sea view room) Bathroom was in need of a freshen up and some fittings etc were broken or missing. Maid service did not come into rooms every day and if you needed any items (toilet rolls, tea , coffee etc) you had to request them

Clean place, staff really helpful and kind. Had an upgrade given to me, which was excellent and appreciated. Thanks and hope to see you all soon.

Absolutely dirty discusting hotel returned home today from the lyndene hotel 3 nights , room was like a closet with old fashion wardrobe and dresser. .room for two wanted twin beds it was a double that unless you are 5 stone and like a matchstick can get in side of bed At first bedding looked clean but i notised that there was some sort of stain under the duvet cover, On checking i found the most discusting site. Human excrement on the quilt . ,i reported the issue to reception desk and was told it will be reported to head of houskeeping Not manager) and to return back to desk laterb.cleaner came up and only changed the duvet.on asking to change whole bedding was told would have to pay for the privalege.of clean bedding . NO APOLOGIE, and no manager Then got a call stated idlmy friend parked in wrong bay after paying £25 to park on hotel carpark .was given bay no 2 with key and a notice to show on window screen given by the receptionist . She made a total show of me in front of other customer. Stated noNo she gave me bay no 11. Again she never apologiesed when i showed her the key and the notice that she gave me I would strongly advice stay clear of this rundown hotel and save your money

The room that me and my son stayed in was room 90. This is advertised for 2 persons but it's really not. The bedroom is really a single stay because the double bed my son had to climb over me to get in or out of bed and it would have been the same if I slept near the wall. On one occasion he almost had an accident climbing out of the bed. It is definitely not fit for two people in a double bed. There was also the tap washer on the cold tap constantly dripping wasting water and a leak behind the toilet cistern. Apart from this the lift was also out of action and me being an ex military veteran found it difficult to keep going up and down 2 flights of stairs. There should also be notices out by the outside table and chairs because people was out there rabbiting untill the early morning having total disregard for the other guest who might have wanted to go to sleep at that time. The staff was very good that made up for the points that I have raised above.

It was very enjoyable.

Loved my Seaview room on the first floor. Staff we're lovely and helpful. I can't wait to say again, soon.

Rooms very basic, breakfast was cold on both days, even after them being told. Entertainment was good.

Very disappointed with tbis hotel as we booked it specifically for the disabled access. The ramp was situated at the far side of the building and the approach path was uneven. The sliding door into the hotel itself closed within 5 seconds of opening 😒. Difficulty getting from entrance through lounge into reception and although our room eas on the ground floor the corridor was not wheelchair friendly. There were stairs everywhere you looked and very limited space to manoeuvre the wheelchair (which was a compact folding one) DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES

Staff and dining were really good, but rooms are ancient and really need brought up to date.

This hotel is in a good position on the front between the central and south pier. Buses and trams stop outside. It's worth buying day tickets for the services as this saves a lot of money. The front at Blackpool is a long way from the north end of the town to the south (about 3 miles I think). Our basic bedroom was clean with a comfy bed. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Nice duvets. The main lift was not working (we were telephoned and told in advance) and it was a long way upstairs to our bedroom.
