This was the perfect location to be near the Council Square. Everything was a quick walk. The only thing I was worried about was checking in after 7 pm which were closing hours. Luckily a lady near by let us in the locked door and my guest and I looked around for a room key in the main lobby that may have been stashed and luckily found it in a deposit box. Other than that, it was perfect!

Amazing location and accommodations. Beautiful hotel! The Manager was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

We rented a double room, which was really spacious, with AC and really clean. The best part: it was so conveniently located for city excursions while stopping over and cooling down on the way to the cable car up to the mountain and Braşov Hollywood sign with beautiful views over the city. The team is friendly and helpful. We suggest that to book parking as it’s otherwise difficult to find a spot in the old town.

I loved the rusticness of the property. I was on the top floor and it was sort of like an attic. The only things I ultimately missed were a window in the room, instead of the high-up attic window, and a hotel lobby. Because the room did not have an actual window, it would have been nice to hang out in a hotel lobby until the weather cleared up. Hotel staff was very helpful in my figuring out how to visit another town and the train schedule.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very quaint but in the middle of everything. The people are very nice she the room was perfect!

Really cool medieval boutique hotel with tons of character and excellent service. Room was enormous and well appointed with antique furnishings. Even the room key was a historic Skelton key relic from a bygone era. Shout out to Ioana for the tour and historical briefing on check in.

Incredibly friendly staff. The hotel itself is beautiful. The building itself dates back to 1692, but the amenities are all modern and spotless. The restaurant, Cococino is housed in the same building and offers great food from breakfast to dinner. Definitely one of my favorite hotels ever!

Our room was large and very comfortable, and the hotel is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We would stay again for sure.

Excellent hotel. Great location, big and clean room. The breakfast it’s very good in a beautiful room. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel is next to the Main Street with restaurants in the old city.

Great stay at Casa Chirie but the lack of parking is a real issue. In the end I got also also a parking fine submitted to me at 02:36 am even though I paid the parking between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm

Best place to stay in Braşov. Lovingly restored. The Chitic family is warm and welcoming.

Friendly staff, great old town location for walking. Little communal balcony was nice. Breakfast was ok. The only downside was no parking and the parking lots are expensive.

מקום נחמד. קיבלנו חדרים גדולים עם שתי מיטות זוגיות.
אמנם כתוב באתר שיש מיזוג אוויר, אבל החדרים שקיבלנו היו ללא כל יציאה של מזגן. למזלנו הגענו בימים שהיו יחסית קרירים וחלון פתוח סידר את העניין (אם כי בבוקר גרם לרעש מהרחוב).
ארוחת בוקר סבירה למי שאינו אנין טעם במיוחד או עם דרישות גבוהות.
מיקום מצויין במרכז העיר אבל אין למלון חניה והסתובבנו 10-15 דק׳ עד שמצאנו ברחוב במרחק 500 מטר הליכה.
הורדנו את המזוודות ליד המלון ונסענו לחפש... והפוך ביציאה. לא נורא אבל צריך לקחת בחשבון...
לצערנו היינו רק לילה אחד ולא הספקנו להינות מהעיר...

Great Location - near dining and old town. Beautiful rooms - very unique in old building that are nicely current and updated. Very comfortable. The included breakfast is at a restaurant attached to the hotel that was very good. Parking is a bit challenging, but a public park is paid for by the hotel about 4 blocks away from the hotel. Call to get details of how to load and off load luggage prior to arrival. No elevator because it is a very old building, but not a big deal if you are in decent physical shape. I highly recommend a visit.

I checked-in at the hotel. the staff was friendly, and my room was clean well stocked and tastefully designed. Unfortunately, I had a last minute change to my plans and had to cancel most of my stay there. I had already prepaid for over a week long stay, but the owner was very understanding and we were able to work out a very fair arrangement. I would definitely stay here the next time I am visiting Brasov.

Recently remodeled hotel on the edge of Brasov Old Town. The room was large and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. Parking was only available on the street and difficult to find but the desk clerk let us pay using their account (didn't need to decipher the machines on the street). We only stayed one night but had a good experience. The Brasov sign was viewable from our room.
