Lovely stay, great simple breakfast, lovely staff and beautiful room. Shame that bar and restaurant not on site but in holiday inn next door. Great that have own kitchen though and very clean and pretty

Clean, welcoming. Breakfast was included and was terrific. Lots of options. I also liked having a kitchenette in the room. One problem we had was that the front desk told us about a shuttle to the airport, but failed to tell us that we had to buy tickets for the shuttle and what the cost was.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly. For a "airport" hotel, it was one of the best on our trip through the UK . If you're going to T5 at Heathrow, take local bus 423, right across the street. 2 pounds charge per person

We had a one night stay, but wished it was longer! The rooms were cute and homey. There was plenty of room and was well stocked with kitchen necessities.
The breakfast had many options.
The staff from check-in (Sam), to breakfast (Amanda and another lady, whose name now escapes me — maybe Sarah or Sandra?), and housekeeping, the service was wonderful!
Would definitely stay again!

From arrival to departure the staff went beyond to help. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. Even the laundry room was great. Machines were easy to use and you can buy washing pods from reception

This hotel is easy access from Heathrow by bus. The room was very comfortable, clean and overall a very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast that was included was very nice. Would stay there again! The front desk was very helpful, quick to respond, and friendly when we needed help.

I reserved this hotel and selected pay at property . However unexpectedly and without my authorization, payment was done. Asked to give receipt to hotel employees but they repeatedly it is issued by Hotels.com! It was big disappointment even good hotel. I prefer and recommend to stay at Staybridge Vauxhall in London, they are perfect.

Spacious one bedroom Suite. Breakfast was poor. Holiday Inn next door for drinks and evening food. The Gyozas followed by the lamb chops was excellent! Easy public transport to Heathrow Terminal 5 if you are not in a hurry!

This was a good hotel close to the airport, so it is convenient for those overnight layovers like we had. The hotel hoppa bus is convenient, but expensive, it is worth your time figuring out the local buses, as it was just as close, but more economical.

Very nice for a 1 night layover from Europe to USA. Great restaurant next door.
Hotel “shuttle “ Hoppa bus H5B a bit complicated. 6.80 gbp per person payable on bus. From bus terminal, it come once an hour. It takes 15 minutes from LHR to hotel then 40 minutes from hotel back to LHR . We ended up taking Uber. Overall hotel is clean, modern, and sufficient.
Breakfast is plentiful.

Clean hotel, we had a great stay. All staff starting from reception to housekeeping to kitchen were absolutely awesome and friendly. They all went above and beyond. Thanks to each and every staff who helped us in anyway during our stay, And not forgetting the restaurant and bar staff from holiday Inn. Excellent customer service from all, thank you

Staff were kind and amazing. Room condition and bed super. My only concern is the height of the bathtub. It is a serious fall risk as it stands almost 3 feet from the floor. I had to climb in and out of the tubs scared I would slip and fall.

My family and I have stayed here numerous times and have stayed in bigger rooms, when I booked this time, I thought I was paying for the bigger suites, however when we arrived, we were given a much smaller suite, we requested for an upgrade, however we were told there was only one bigger room, which we did not believe to be true. After also booking the holiday Inn next door, we realised it offered better value for money and their restaurant was a lot more spacious than staybridges’ and provided better options, therefore we will be staying at holiday Inn for our next visit.
Rooms also are a little bit dark.

Even though I was IHG member, they refuse to recognize this and said if I wanted an earlier check-in, I would have to pay extra when they had rooms available…
Just goes to show some hotels don’t really care if you are a member of them or not so what’s the point of being a member?

The hotel was very nice. Check-in was super easy. The room was HUGE!! It had 2 TVs, a huge bed, and a huge (and comfortable) pull-out bed and full kitchen, I was there only 1 night, but could have stayed a week! And the bathroom amenities were very nice and breakfast has SO many choices and was very delicious! 10/10 hotel.

We loved the excellent breakfast and the very attentive breakfast staff!!
We didn’t like that the taxi we ordered the night before through reception was 15-20 minutes late, no harm done because we had plenty of time in the end but could have done without it.
