Very nice place

I liked the convenient location to shopping and dinning

This was our second stay at Cinco Rodavento. The staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. We booked a King bed room and really enjoyed the space. Very spacious, comfortable, and modern room. The amenities were top notch as was the rain shower and plush and plentiful towels. We were in room 7 upstairs and thoroughly enjoyed our private patio with rocking chairs. Great place for before or after dinner cocktails. The hotel plays mostly mellow music in the courtyard until 10 PM, which we mostly enjoyed as well. The foliage and vines on our patio were beautiful. The hotel supplies filtered water in-room that you can get refilled anytime. No need for bottled water here. The RUF rooftop bar is certainly worth checking out. We had a cocktail up there one night and were waited on hand and foot! I think we were the only guests at the hotel during our stay. The only negative experience we had was some loud sanding and construction taking place early evening outside some neighboring rooms. It seemed odd to be doing loud maintenance during that time of day. We called the front desk and they promptly stopped the work. Good customer service. If you are looking for an upscale, chic but non-pretentious hotel, we highly recommend Cinco Rodavento. Great location between the water and zocalo and walking distance to most sites.

The first floor king bed room was excellent - very spacious, high quality bedding and amenities, and nice rain shower. There was a standing fan, though air conditioning would have been nicer, since it was warm and I didn't want to leave the sliding glass door open all evening. Beautiful and modern property overall. The RUF rooftop bar should not be missed for sunset cocktails and appetizers.

Nice hotel, stuff was kind

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom even more. Bed was comfortable, nice little balcony. Only thing our room didn’t have AC but we still slept fine just with the fan. Loved the hotel patio and the greenery around. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

Loved cinco rodavento ! The place is beautiful , close to downtown and the rooftop is very pleasant . Nevertheless , the staff at the entrance is not very nice and don’t wanna help at all

If you are planning to go to Valle this hotel is a great option. Centrally located, next to the best local stores, steps to the lake.

It’s in the middle of town and has great view. But when we got there at 4:10 pm the rooms were not ready and we were sent to deck to wait. While there my son ordered food and ended up with food poisoning which pretty much ruined the stay for us. As a vourtesy for the “mishap” he was sent a courtesy chicken soon the next day…. The food manager came to talk to us, and was happy to blame the event onn”rooms not veing ready”. The new years meal was invluded in orice. I ended up with an upset stomach the next day, too. I just really font think they have the food down at this place. Terrible!

We enjoyed a lot this boutique hotel, the room is very nicely decorated and comfortable, with an eye for the detail. The swimmingpool is very nice and the views from the lake are amazing. The only issue is they charge extra for most things (ie toothbrush)

Great location in the heart of Valle de Bravo. Not so great if you’re handicapped, since there are a bit of stairs to climb to move around the property. Nevertheless, very worthwhile.

Amazing view from the pool on the roof top, very nice rooms and architecture with lots of details. Unfortunately ambient music was too loud and woke us up and to our opinion didn’t match the hotel atmosphere, you kind of want to get out of there because of it.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in Valle de Bravo close to town center. Excellent point to explore the beautiful “pueblo mágico”. Very relaxed feel and great place to get away from everything.
