We came to Detroit for a concert and TCH was such a treat to stay at! The location is within walking distance to both the Lions, Tigers and Little Ceaser arenas. The sisters have mastered their craft of hospitality in every meaning of the word. This was our first bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at and they have set the bar VERY high. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The two sisters that own and run this B&B are amazing. Their house is beautiful and so easy to walk to all the sporting and music venues. Great bars and restaurants in the area. Our breakfast both mornings were delicious but OMG that Compote!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here! The food was excellent, the building was beautiful and meticulously kept, and the hosts were amazing! Communication was excellent and prompt, and the hosts were just the right amount of available. The location allows a very short walk to Ford Field, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, and plenty of other businesses and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely weekend!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for the hockey game. The location was walkable to downtown restaurants and all sporting events.

From being greeted with warm smiles to when we had to leave, the hostesses made our stay wonderful with a very refreshing enthusiasm. Although the building was beautiful and charming, the pride, professionalism and genuine concern demonstrated by all outshined the physical charm of the structure. They set a standard that all in the hospitality industry would be wise to emulate.
We highly recommend treating yourself to a memorable treat by spending some time at this gem.

Great location to all of the stadiums. Very quick walk. Safe on site parking. They let us keep our car there the day we left while we were at the game. Beautiful newly remodeled space. The sisters are very friendly and inviting. Breakfast was fantastic!!

Rica and Cina were both wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, their recommendations for food as well as places to visit and ways to get around town were great. They were very polite and helpful and I would definitely stay with them again!

The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. I feel like this was the most personalized, hospitable place I can recall ever staying at. We plan to have more trips to the Detroit area- whether we go to another Tigers game, or downtown for fun and sightseeing and this will be our Go-To place to stay!

We felt welcome the moment we walked into the building. Parking was easy, super easy walk to Little Caesars Arena for a concert. We will definitely be back.

This is our go-to for any event at Little Caesars Arena. It's only a short walk to the Cochrane house. The home is elegantly beautiful and the hostesses are as sweet as they come. This is our second stay and it won't be our last. My ONLY complaint is that the bed, while a full King, is in a futon frame, so my wife has to climb over me to use the bathroom at night.

Wonderful, wonderful stay. Cochrane House is such a gorgeous property central to everything I wanted to explore in Detroit. The owners, sisters Rica and Cina, were lovely. They communicated thoughtfully via text and in person and were so warm and welcoming. I plan on visiting again and encourage others to do so as well. I felt safe, I loved my room, the breakfasts were delicious, and the welcome charcuterie board and homemade bath salts were just the perfect touch.

We stayed here to be close to Ceasar’s Arena for a concert, and were not expecting to be blown away by the welcoming hosts, beautiful decor of the building and room, and all the lovely small touches. It was so nice to see this building restored to such grandeur!

The house was beautiful and clean and so luxurious! The food was amazing and the personal service from staff far exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by name upon arrival which gave it such a personal touch. There are also many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby.
The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills!
The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me! Thank you for the awesome stay once again, Rica and Winky!

This is a great little B and B in the heart of downtown Detroit! It has only 3 rooms so it os very quaint! We loved everything about to except the bed. It is a queen bed, but not a traditional bed it is more like a day bed. So it is only open on one side. Whoever is on the inside has to climb over the person on the outside. I really did not like that. The breakfast was nice and the hosts were super sweet and friendly.
