Excellent hosts. Delightful accommodation. Immaculately clean. Convenient to city centre. Continental breakfast was a real treat, good selection of fresh breads fresh fruit and cereals.

Homemade cake are welcome you when you arrive. Also they have continental breakfast. Charming B&B with stylish interior

Townhouse Rooms was a fabulous place to stay. The room was fairly spacious as was the bathroom. The location is very convenient to town and we walked to supermarkets and pubs easily. There’s also a laundry a short walk away for those who travel with carry on only . The owners were lovely (some special home baked cakes were a lovely treat) and gave fabulous instructions on how to use everything. Breakfast was self serve - a range of cereals, yoghurts, fruit salad, as well as toast, pastries and tea/coffee. All in all a delightful place to stay and we would gladly start again.

What's not to like about this outstanding property? A beautifully maintained Victorian Manor with parking literally at the front door. June and Greg are exceptional hosts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfasts provided are generous and fresh. Townhouse Rooms was without doubt the best accommodation we experienced anywhere during our recent UK holiday. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Cornwall. Can't say enough about our short stay at the Townhouse. Such a superb property in every respect. Our Oriental themed room, which included a Super King sized bed, was immaculate; so clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our delightful Hostess, June, was charming and attentive throughout and at pains to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending this "diamond jewel" of a venue to anyone seeking the highest standard in hospitality likely to be available anywhere in Truro, or the surrounding areas.

Stayed onroute to uni visit in Falmouth. Great hotel close to Truro (5 mins walk) Parking is possible right outside on the drive which given the location is really handy. Nice friendly staff / owner and rooms are good size. Breakfast provided in the dining room was great, better than many chain hotels in terms of quality and range.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. June was really helpful and friendly. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy, decorated beautifully throughout. Generous breakfast. Good location.

Lovrly, clean and very friendly

We have stayed at the Townhouse Rooms before and both times have had excellent service from the friendly owners as well as comfortable, well equipped rooms. The location is perfect for Truro centre and the small breakfast room is a boon.

Nice and warm for a winter stay. My room had a desk and bath/shower. It was very clean and comfortable. Very happy.

A delightful guest house in walking distance downhill to Truro city centre. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the self-service continental breakfast was fresh and varied. Each night we were able to leave our car in the carpark at the front. I've only given the eco-friendliness an average mark, as there was no separate recycling in the breakfast room, and LEDs throughout the bedroom would have been good! Minor criticisms.

A lovely find with super hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was just right and the home made coffee cake was very welcome by a weary traveller!

Such a beautifully kept house. Rooms were so clean,comfortable and attention to detail was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The couple that run the hotel were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The garden at the back was a beautifully kept added extra. Cake was available in the afternoon to have with coffee and they were delicious. Im actually a qualified cake decorator and the owner had them baked to perfection. Stayed for 3 nights, would of happily stayed for longer. Would definitely stay there again if im ever in Truro again.

Our stay at Townhouse Rooms was excellent. We all booked online from Wisconsin and were pleasantly surprized by the beautiful modern and comfortable rooms. The On-Suites are excellent. Townhouse was close to our Wedding Venue and it is also close enough to walk to Truro's City Center. I would definitely recommend and hope we can visit again. Our hosts were very nice; had a wonderful visit during my nice breakfast.

Convenience, and wonderful hosts

Wonderful place and had a really comfortable stay. Spotless hotel within a short walking distance into Truro. The host even made a home made cake in the afternoon to have with coffee. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Room was high standard. Couldn’t fault the place 10/10

When we arrived, the welcome was sincere, and June was so helpful in providing local information to help us orientate ourselves, having never been to Cornwall before. Our room was warm and welcoming, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The big bed meant that we had a great night’s sleep every night. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choice, and the bread/pastries were always fresh. The added bonus was being able to return after a full day to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of June’s freshly baked cakes in the breakfast room. Greg and June are both very people orientated and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you both so much. We certainly plan to return to this Cornish gem again.
