Really good hotel, small, nice and clean. They have pool service, provide beach towels and the room with the bathtub is really nice and relaxing. The only thing is that places around the hotel play music until 3am so having a room with a road view will be noisy.

Really nice hotel right in the center of the city, close to the beach and anything you need. Rating it 5 for value but it’s very noisy so you need to get a room facing the other side away from the club otherwise you’ll be hearing the loud music until 3am everyday including weekdays. Even facing the other side I suggest earplugs.

We stayed here on two separate occasions, first one was fine, a few years back, this second time we had problems, what we tought was safe place to leave our valuables in the room, it wasn’t, our wedding band was taken from our room after they came in to clean the room, they clearly made excuses on how they didn’t have anyone to check the cameras, it’s 2024, everyone knows how to work a computer and it’s not rocket science. We tell them it went missing, we checked through all our luggage. Then instead of wanting to help, they make us feel like it was our fault because “that’s why they have safes in the room” so just because I forget to put my ring in the safe it means I’m gonna run a risk of your cleaning workers stealing my stuff? Make that make sense please. I was at another hotel prior to this one and I left my ring laying around, and they would clean and not touch it.. don’t come here unless you’re okay with having your stuff taken from you and then making you feel like it was your fault for having it stolen.

We had an amazing stay at Antera. Location is unbeatable, you can walk to great dining, entertainment, shopping, the beach, etc. in minutes. The staff are delightful, kind, and helpful, and the room and pools were amazing. Everything was very clean and very clearly well taken care of. The rooftop pools were a great way to spend an afternoon, as well. The breakfast was great (not a buffet/continental, it was delicious made-to-order), and the service at the breakfast was amazing. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

I just completed 5 nights in Antera with my husband, 20 yr old son, and 15 yr old daughter and we absolutely loved it! It has a great cozy entrance, modern feel, and nice staff. We had two seperate rooms (king and double), and both were super clean! Excellent beds and pillows. I was nervous about the next door music, which is why I requested garden (no music) area for our rooms and it was PERFECT!! I lovedddd the breakfast that was offered. Pool area super modern, and well done. Hotels location is Walkable to anything and one block from 5ta avenida where all the busyness is. 3 min walk to beach. Water was a bit salty in shower but NOT dealbreaker whatsoever yall. I have zeroooo negative comments. Well yeah… wish I would’ve had a longer stay 😁

The beds were extremely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The rooftop pools were really cool too and there is even a hot jacuzzi. I could even see the ocean from the pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt very safe in and out of the building. The room was very clean and the electric shade that covers the glass door to the balcony is controlled by remote control. That was a cool feature. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and there was lots of closet space too. Great stay!

The property was great for the price and the service was exceptional. The attention to detail was amazing and it was a time well spent.

Customer services wasnt ok . I called and asked to switch room because of the load music and the frontdesk agen hung up on me. I couldnt sleep in my 7 nights because of the load music next to the hotel. Housekeeping did clean my room but the 7 nights they never change my bedding leanings. Their swimming pool wasnt open and i couldnt use it.

This hotel is very centrally located - less than a five minute walk to the beach or to 5th Ave (the main tourist strip). For anyone looking for kosher or synagogue options, it is literally across the street from one Chabad, and a 5-minute walk to another. There is a kosher restaurant across the street and many other kosher restaurants, all within a 20 minute walk. Though it is close the 5th avenue, we could barely hear anything at night which made for a nice, quiet vacation. The staff at the reception were very helpful, and responsive to our needs. There was a slight language barrier with some of the staff, but we managed to communicate. On our second night staying there, there was a pipe that burst in our bathroom that flooded our room at 5am. The reception quickly handled the problem and moved us to a (much larger) room within 10 minutes, and helped us move our stuff, etc. Just one thing to note for anyone booking the jacuzzi suite - the jacuzzi can maybe fit one very small, skinny person (I'm 5'5" and under 150 pounds and barely fit). It's a nice touch, but not very useful. As well, that room type has an odd setup where the bathroom has no door and the door to the toilet is nearly see-through which made for a bit of an awkward experience. All in all, a great stay at a great price. Would definitely recommend. For a family, there are large apartments in the residence side of the hotel with kitchnettes, etc.

Rooms are clean. A/C is cold. One block away from 5th Avenue which offers ample dining and shopping. Water pressure was at times low and had difficulty flushing the toilet. Grading to underground garage was too steep and caused vehicles’ undercarriage to hit and scrape. Underground garage was extremely hot. It had numerous ventilation fans, but none of them were turned on.

It’s not like we had a choice after being tricked to book for a room then they told us we had to pay an additional $40 for the children . We were not able to make a cancellation to get our money back.The staff were rude with an attitude. They were even talking about us negatively in Spanish. The room was not as advertised. The TV was not working, The pool was also not “working”. We had to ask them to come and fix the AC. We were not able to sleep until 4 am because of the loudness. The music playing was outrageous, it felt like a concert in our room. The advertisement was very misleading. Be careful when booking for this facility
