The hotel is fine, but there was a wedding and guests were loud very late.

Pretty hotel but the room could’ve been cleaner, fingerprints on the taps and door handles in the room and hair in the tub and beside the sink. Also had a very hard time sleeping due to being directly downtown but having only transparent curtains in the room, it was very bright during the night. Staff was friendly and there are nice amenities in and around the hotel so it was still an okay stay.

Our room was quite small but the bed was comfortable. There is a good restaurant on the main floor. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Very unique hotel compared to most. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Very quiet. We could not hear traffic or our neighbours. The parking garage made for easy parking. It does have a height restriction 6’6”. I loved the Nespresso machine in the morning. Definitely will choose Alt Hotels again.

Rooms and underground parking was all too congested. Very tight! Room didn’t have a fridge in it.

Checking in, my keys didn’t work. I paid for parking, drove into parkade, it was full and there’s no room to turn around. Extremely dangerous to back up in to turn around. Had to park on the street in a rough area. I worried about my vehicle.

This is a quaint beautiful quiet hotel with wonderful rooms and a very comfortable bed! Parking is alittle confusing so be sure to ask the front desk about that. =)

A beautiful location in the heart of Saskatoon's riverbank arts and culture area. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and cocktails. Hip rooms with a great view on the river side.

Staff was courteous and helpful, and dare I say even accommodating! Something that is so rare these days.

Hard to underground parking need signage

Being downtown it is expected that parking might be tricky, but we were able to park without difficulty and it wasn't too far to walk back to the hotel.
The hotel itself was very nice. Our room was much smaller than hotel suites in general, however, the design was superb. The washroom was more functional than most hotel washrooms simply because of the design. Well done!
The staff was very personable and professional!
The price was fair - we would stay there again.

The staff was fantastic! The river view from our room was incredible. We would definitely stay there again if our travels take us back to Saskatoon.

Started off with no batteries in the tv remote. Had to get switched into another room as our AC wasn’t working.

Had a one night stay to attend a funeral. We spent very little time at the hotel. Great location and the staff we saw we so helpful. The room was very well appointed. The wifi wasn’t great in our room, but worked later in the evening.

No breakfast for the amount you pay no microwave in the room fridge was so small had to ask for a kettle and a bowl and utensil because they had to kitchen downstair I wouldn’t recommend the Alt. The only thing is we had a great view of the river.

Great bed and view. Starting to show its age/use. And missing key things. A wine opener was there but no wine glaaaes. The bar resto on the main floor was handy and the location of the hotel can’t be beat.

The air conditioning in the rooms is loud, blows air on you while sleeping and either cools too much orcyou're left feeling to warm while you sleep

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel is situated right on the river valley close to restaurants and trails. My only complaint is that parking was confusing. I ended up getting a parking ticket which the hotel did look after however, both evenings I stayed I had trouble with the parking. At a cost of $20/ night I feel that the parking should be convenient.

Overall a great stay in a prime location in Saskatoon. Couple small things that were a small nuisance such as painfully slow elevator where you have to wait for 5min at the minimum just to get on, rattle in the ac system and the lack of free parking so be ready to pay 20$ just to have a parking spot underground.

Supplies at reception were not restocked. Even though the signs said things were available. Also was not given the room I booked. Said I was upgraded but a queen from a king is not an upgrade. Great hotel just not the greatest customer service.
