We were greeted by two lovely women who were more than happy to welcome us! The room was amazing!! Everything you could ask for in a suite. Beds were very comfortable and spacious. Very peaceful to wake up to the intercostal with dolphins and the sun rising. I will definitely be coming back as this was the perfect night away from it all. AMAZING!! 205E was the best room!

Our place (502W) had an amazing beachfront view and large balcony! The beds were comfortable and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable. The property is quiet and peaceful, not a rowdy crowd. If you're looking for a more relaxing vibe (not a resort w/ live music all night), this is it. Overall we had a great stay!
Some further details about this property:
* Wishing there was a larger coffee pot...
* One assigned parking space per unit. There are only 6 first-come-first-serve spaces available, so if you have guests coming, GET THERE EARLY!
**** The A/C was not working when we arrived and we lived through it a day and a half (totally on me for not reporting sooner). Through a several hours of communicating with the staff, we were able to get it running again...so I thank the staff for not bailing on me!
* The unit provided small toiletries, plenty of bath towels, a few beach towels, a small coffee pot, and a few dishes.
* The ice maker in the freezer was very good! Plenty of cold drinks to be had! 😎

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Provident Oceana. The ocean view from our room was amazing. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed during sunset after a beach day and that was so nice! We only stayed one night but it was awesome. I think the cherry on top was the fact that when I called and asked what we needed to do before leaving and she said NOTHING!! We just locked up and walked out! Talk about easy peazy! My only feedback that could be taken bad but I’m not taking any stars away by any means is that there wasn’t anything to output our toiletries on in the shower and when something fell I hit my head leaning down to pick it up. A cheapie thing from Walmart could easily remedy that but again this is not a complaint just feedback on what could be done differently for future guests. All in all we were extremely pleased and had such a great night! We highly recommend!!

This is a yearly family vacation for my family. We love the closeness to the beach , the sunset view from our balcony and rooftop. The apartment is comfortable. A little noisy at night if neighbors are too loud. Great place!

This place is great. We will definitely be back. There was a weird trash smell in the condo but I just got an air freshener and that helped. There were no trash bags which I thought was weird. These things were minor and the positives definitely out weigh. We will be back

This property was perfect for our trip! We stayed in the bayside building, but we only had to cross the street to get to the beach. The property was nicely renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms each had a nice walk in shower with great water pressure and temperature. We would definitely stay again!

Our overall review is based on the lack of rule support throughout our stay. Children were not supervised at the pool or hot tub. They were 3 or 4 years up to maybe 8 or 9? There was a dog ( golden doodle) running around in pool area on Sunday. I felt bad for the dog because there was absolutely no shade. And my daughter is allergic to everything.
Alcohol cans were also all over the pool. We typically stay at Fusion when we come to St. Pete. This was very disappointing. We avoided the pool for two days based on your guests and lack of support of rules.
Additionally, one of your employees, a young African American girl, smoked pot on 1st floor, to the left of elevator on multiple days. I get it, pot is legal in Florida. I just do not want to smell it when I am on vacation from my very stressful job.
Overall, just a very disappointing trip.

The property is clean and beautiful. I love the balcony views. I had the opportunity to stay on the bay side last year and ocean this year both are perfect views. The place is a perfect size, full kitchen dining area and living room area. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all perfect. The check in was easy and the staff were all nice and happy.

Awesome overall, couch was a bit uncomfortable however I’ve never found any hotel couch worldwide to be comfortable. Great view, great location super nice staff, all in all a great experience and will be going back

This was a last minute staycation and they were more than accommodating even allowing for a late checkout so we can enjoy the beach the next day.
Brigit was out check in agent and she was sooo nice and informative. There was also a male and female room attendant and we didnt get their names but so welcoming and had a smile.
Everything was so nice and clean towels actually smell good and we're folded so nicely throughout the unit.
We will definitely be booking again.

Location was very nice right on the beach. Room was pleasant and bedding very comfortable. Suggestions 1). Pool and hot tub closed way too early - 9:00. I would like to see it open till 10:00 or 10:30. 2). Pool water a little chilly - having it heated would be nice. 3). Need recycle bins in room. 4). Would have been nice to have some sort of recreation or game room - ping pong etc.

The unit itself was comfortable but not very clean. There was an Easter egg under the tv cabinet, dog hair on top of the beds, as well as on the floor. The bathroom baseboard was full of it. Additionally I was very surprised at how small the pool was. It was a nice place just not what I expected and definitely needed more attention to cleanliness.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Check in was so easy. Best customer service in any of the hotels we have stayed at and we have stayed in many including 4 on this trip alone. Unbeatable customer service! We where on the gulf side so the beach was right in front of us, it was perfect!
