Great place, close to everything.

Wonderful hotel! Located steps away from the beach, offers parking facilities, rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable and impeccable. A jewel in Naples beach.

Cannot beat the location of this hotel. 3 blocks to beach and 3 or 4 to 5th ave. Room came with beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Was great stay and would definitely stay again.

An absolute delight. We stayed in suite 8 and found it to be impeccably clean and delightfully finished. No detail in comfort was missed. Everything in the unit was brand new and clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The decor and small town feel was very appealing.

Location, Location, Location. We left our car and walked everyone. So many great restaurants. Near the beach, 5th, 3rd, the docks & Tin City. Our unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella ( great idea). We had a great afternoon at the beach.

This place will bring you back in time to a sleepy, relaxed hotel experience that has all but left Florida forever. From the Personal touches of the owner to the terrazzo floors and king beds, this one one of the best hotel experiences I have had in the last 10 years. 2 blocks off of the beach and a short walk to all of Naples Shopping, this place was a cozy dream.

Quality gem in a quiet residential area just a hop, skip and jump away from both the beach and the flair of 5th Ave. Special kudos to Kobe managing the place and the cleaning staff. Always at your disposal for anything….and with a smile.

Our room was exactly as described. Everything at this property was clean and well maintained (in spite of a recent hurricane). The staff were friendly and thoughtful and responded quickly to any requests. The location is perfect— an easy walk from restaurants means no one has to be the designated driver.

Great stay! Property and room were very clean and quiet, easy check in / out, free laundry machines, and 2 beach chairs and towels in closet for us to use. We could have even requested a free ride to the beach if we needed!

Small hotel

The customer service was above and beyond, rooms were clean & spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I’m already planning my next visit so I can stay longer and enjoy the surroundings.

Very retro and well thought out. Great location

Location was very good. Three or four things needed. The toilet in #3 ran after every use - and the cover removed before it could be stopped. Two -The microwave did not work and had to be replaced by the cleaning lady. Three - The cooling unit differs from most. I had trouble setting the remote in order to cool well. The ceiling fan light came on in the middle of the night. Guests need some operating instruction on both to avoid such hassles.

The owner and staff were very accomodating. The room was very clean and the decor was awesome. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants and all around the area. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel experience! The guy at the reception helped me with my suitcase, told me and showed me everything about the hotel. He left me a business card in case you need something or have any questions. The room is cozy, furnished in Provence style) the room is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, water as a compliment. the washing machine and dryer are free of charge; and there are many more details that show the guest that he is welcome, that he was expected. A pleasant light smell of oils in the room from the diffuser, beach towels, sun loungers. A good mattress, pillows and bed linen. The location of the hotel is really very good, you can walk everywhere - to the beach, to the pier, to 5th Avenue, to downtown, to the Vinns store. There's a great selection of food and wine) I spent my three days perfectly, rested and enjoyed the city.

Great spot in Old Naples! An older complex but with modern updates. The kitchenette had Keurig, toaster oven with adequate utensils for overnight or all week stays and the cabinets were new soft self close. The decor was very chic and cozy comfortable. I was astounded, yes astounded at how clean the room was. The old terrazzo floors and retro bathroom was immaculately maintained. Keble the owner and staff were very welcoming and hospitable. It was such a nice surprise I wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they were completely booked.

The perfect getaway weekend spot. Safe area, walking distance from the beach, close to a ton of restaurants. The room was small but very cozy & loved every minute of it. They offer free water bottles which is great, along with beach chairs and umbrella. Only downfall was, at night the lights from the outside shined in our room all night. But other then that, everything was great and I’d stay here again!

Apartment was pretty cozy, kind of small but well kept, keeping old style in good conditions

From check in to past check out everything exceeded ALL expectations ! Keble is THE BEST !!
