What can I say? For an Ibis Hotel, it surpasses my expectations! Just wow! Hotel reception, Laure was the who received me, given me an option if I like the first room or not, she would gladly change it aince I do not want a courtyard view. Sadly, they do not have room available facing the busy main streets but she gave me one with a view of Notre-Dame! Hugo, we started at the wrong foot wd regards to the AC thing but it was resolved immediately. He provided me with electric fan to cool down the room. In Amiens AC would only work towards Summer time otherwise there is no AC in the room. Room, toilet is huge and so neat to my surprise! Housekeeping staffs were so polite and cleans and make up room and toilet thoroughly. They even volunteer to change my used glasses. How thoughtful is that?! I asked for extra towels and gave it without hesitations!! Location is right across the train station behind the Perret Tower so don’t be fooled by google map and take you all the way around the back. Sevice bottle for water infront of the lift and coffee until 6pm but even after the close time, they will prepare you coffee or tea. Staffs: Laure, Elias, Hugo Cons: Management should change the photo on their website for the Standard double room showing a balcony but for family. Choices for breakfast. Orange machine breaks and it’s finished even as early as 8 sometimes. Do not refill. There is a stain on the room’s ceiling from maybe water leaking that needs to be addressd.

The location is great - a 2 minute walk from Amiens train station and in the middle of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful , the room was clean and the shower great. I would have loved a kettle in the room but that was really the only thing missing.

Excellent stay. So central for restaurants, shopping, the Cathedral and the train station. Very comfortable and the staff are very nice! Clement was great! Happily stay again. Recommended.

This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. We weren’t sure what to expect but it turned out it was a really fun, hip, modern stay. If you’ve stayed in a Canadian Alt Hotel this would be a comparable hotel. The staff are very friendly. We had a really good Italian dinner at the restaurant. A substantial breakfast was included in the very reasonable room rate. The room was clean, recently updated and the bed was very comfy. There is limited parking but the staff told us where we could park for free overnight just behind the hotel. We weren’t there for sightseeing - just passing through - but the town is ancient and appears to have many interesting sites to visit.

The staff is second to none. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. The food is great. The rooms are fine. I do wish there were a couple of drawers or a small cabinet for clothes.

Comfortable, well run hotel in funky modern decor. OK breakfast, excellent onsite parking. Hotel is difficult to find since address is not accessable with navigation device—it’s in a pedestrian passage, and finding and checking into the hotel is a hassle.

Room was cold on arrival and heating did not appear to working. Informed reception and this problem was resolved. Room walls and ceiling were in finished in concrete, in other words unfinished. We questioned this at reception and we were informed, "it was the style". Not sure who thinks bare concrete is stylish, in my opinion it looked cheap and unattractive. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. I had lasagne and my wife had spaghetti carbonara. My lasagne looked liked a frozen offering from a value supermarket that had been over cooked. My wife's carbonara had very little sauce and she did not enjoy the meal. We complained and we were not charged for either dish.

Only complaint would be the ac did not cool off the room. Location and staff were great

Nice, easy hotel. Near train station, comfortable bed. Really helpful and friendly staff. English spoken. Nice continental breakfast with many choices. Cocktails at the bar. Only downside on a hot May day is no AC. While the listing says AC, it is not currently working or not turned on yet. Very hot room making for an uncomfortable sleeping room. Overall nice hotel and I would stay again if traveling by train, just bring a fan.

Parking was my biggest issue. I left my car in an adjacent road - I paid the fee and displayed a disabled badge - which I thought was OK but the following morning I had a parking fine. I then had to move my car to a car park at the station. We were unable to eat in the hotel as the menu was just Italian - something my wife does not like. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful.

New structure and facility, very clean in a great location; just a few steps from the cathedral. Staff was great. Nice bar and good food. Parking available on-site.

What an unexpected find ! Quirky and fun , fantastic location with Christmas Market on the street behind . Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely ,bed comfortable and plenty of hot water ( amazing rain shower ) Restaurant was very good and breakfast plentiful and fresh . We reserved a parking space ( I believe there are only 20 ) which was located under the hotel , worth the €14 a day . Would definitely recommend and return if we are in Amiens again .

Perfect place to stay for Christmas market. Love the 'Styles' hotels, each one is different, but the same wonderfully comfortable and cosy beds, good size clean rooms with modern bathrooms. The free water and sweeties or biscuits and tea or coffee at any time is an added bonus. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Good breakfast. Looking forward to seeing the different style in the next one we stay at

What a brilliant surprise to find a modern, comfortable hotel like the Ibis Styles. Not only was the service friendly and efficient, but the hotel itself was very modern, stylish and comfortable. The rooms themselves were outstanding, with inviting decor, lots of space and just generally a nice place to sleep and relax. The value for money is, quite frankly, exceptional. Would definitely recommend if you plan on spending some time in beautiful Amiens.
