I had a great stay at the Staybridge Irvine. I am regular guest. I usually stay 9 or 10 times a year.

Room carpet was probably just washed and smelled like dirty feet… they have invented deodorants to compensate for carpet smell. Every time I check in in this hotel, it takes forever. Breakfast is abundant. Got a noisy room on the front main street.

The stay was pretty effortless. Good gym, clean, staff was nice, breakfast included. Rooms were quiet, I have no complaints - would happily stay here again.

Horrible super dirty 2 bedroom suite they gave me abd i reported spider and spider web on top of master room bed ceiling, ants groups and groups on the kitchen counter , cockroaches on the ground and kitchen counter. I reported to front desk, she said manager will reach out to me durjng my stay but manager never contacted me abd chose to deny and refused my refund request . And lie abour i reportes issues etc , housekeeping told me they cannot clean the room because i already checked in for 2 nights stay only . Even tho i reported all thise issues how dirty the room they assigned me to . So disappointed , we deserve refund for this horrific stay. My kids got spider bites from it. Attached pictures as proof . I am hoping management team will do the right thing to treat us fairly and issue us refund , they will not be happy if this happens to their hotel stay .

Hope the breakfast hour can be early during the weekend. 7:30am is very late as customers is wasting their time waiting in the morning to heave their breakfast.

The checkin process was very smooth and I got an upgraded room. The room, the bed and the bathroom were neat. The only blip was that there was someone playing loud music in the parking lot. Other than that it was a great stay. The free breakfast was also great.

Very convenient to Walmart you can walk. Pool and fire pit was very clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great very close to the freeway.

Nice location and great new spacious room, soft sheets and pillows, excellent mattress and a wonderful shower. The only complaint I have is that we cannot open the windows wide enough to let the outdoor fresh air of the evening to get inside the room and had to close the windows and turn on the AC, the rooms would be great improved if the higher part of the windows could open as weel to let us get fresh air, a type of window that allows different parts to be open. Overall a fantastic property and nice new rooms. We had a wonderful stay!

This hotel is amazing. We took the suite with two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Just perfect for my 3 teenagers. The beds were really comfortable. We definitely will come back to this hotel if we travel again to California.

I liked the location, close to shopping and lots of fast dining. It was equidistant to Disneyland and the beach. Breakfast was well appointed; waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs and sausage, yogurt bar with fruit and granola. Lots of options for everyone.
Parking is an additional $20/night. Our room was great except when sleeping it gets stuffy, seems like the A/C doesn’t circulate well.
