Amazing spa world and very nice hotel. Breakfast is really good, but could use some fresh cooking (e.g. omelette). Parking is very expensive for hotel guests as there is no discount vs spa day guests.

The room was nice but we didn’t feel comfortable in general since parts of the staff were unfriendly / snobby and there were a lot of rules to follow that were not communicated in a very nice way. Note that you have to be naked in the spa area or buy one of their swimsuits for quite some money (which we didn’t know beforehand). Your own swimsuit brought from home won’t be accepted.

We loved our time there. We spent a night and enjoyed the Spa access all day in the morning of our departure. Everything was perfect, we loved the indoor and outdoor pool and all the different saunas. A special mention for the breakfast that was delicious. We'll definitely come back :)

I loved the disconnection from technology and devices as well! The property and cities were very well-maintained. Every staff member was respectful and helpful. The food was delicious. However, I wish there were more lower cost options for food since there isn’t a lot around the property to walk to.

One day spa was not enough. Plenty of to discover. When leaving to airport be aware which airport you are flying from. I can not wait to come back again for my spa days.

About the Well in itself, there's really not much to say. Staff is nice and professional, the spa is great, rooms are elegant and really relaxing, breakfast is great. The only, but really only minor thing they could do better, is to include parking fees in the room price for overnight stay. Cause that's a 200kr extra needed to be paid to EasyPark if you stay for the night.

Hands down, best place I’ve ever stayed. Will go again and again and again. Stay went above and beyond during my stay.

A beautiful hotel and gorgeous treatment. The hot and cold aufguss was fabulous and we also enjoyed the sound baths. We had a couples hamman and massage and both were excellent.

The Well was perfect. Beautiful setting, hotel, & spa. Room was immaculate & nicely furnished. The spa will wow you for sure. Olga in the spa was awesome!! We did an aufguss & meditation session with her & loved them both. The breakfast was outstanding. Every staff person was gracious & helpful. If you’re in Oslo it’s so worth it to visit The Well!

Wonderful SPA! Highly recommended!

Hotel is fantastic - highly recommend. The spa is unique and has something for everyone. Great for couples. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was able to speak English also. Hotel is very modern with water proof wristbands for opening your room, accessing the lifts, spa and lockers. The hotel encourages a digital detox (no TVs in the room and there's a box for you to leave your phones in- they're not allowed in the spa anyhow). FYI There was no safe in the room. We didn't realise what we were booking when we originally booked - there's a lot of naked bathing and this is encouraged by the hotel. You are not allowed to wear swimwear in the saunas and steam rooms (except on Tuesdays) but you can cover yourself with towel. It's an unusual experience for UK/US visitors perhaps but for the Norwegians and many people from Europe it's very natural, safe and normalised. Despite this, it exceeded our expectations and after the initial shock of the relaxed attitude to nakedness we got used to it and enjoyed it. We booked massages also which were excellent. The breakfast selection was ample and there was plenty of food options for the rest of the day. Mini bar was nicely stocked. Spa accessories were reasonably priced (if you want to wear a swimsuit, you have to buy their one - they have a choice of styles and sizes). The hotel is an easy journey from Oslo city centre (81 bus for 30 mins). Icing on the cake - oudoor jacuzzi looking at beautiful snowy forest.
