Smoke odor in the building. I hate it

The window was broke. Mold around bathtub and rust around tub drain

I would say the positive point is we didn't find any bed bugs in our room...the breakfast was okay, the usual toast/fruit/cereal. The whole property reeked of cigarette smoke and bleach..there was a massive hole in our bathroom door...dirty shower...patchy paint on walls...just minimal effort all around. Front desk staff was okay, not super friendly. It was a bed to sleep in and did the job. You get what you pay for

This is an older property, room was clean. I travel for work, breakfast didnt start till 7am. Very small thing, but would live that to change to 6am.

It is in need of a deep clean. For the price and just a quick one night stay it was fine but wouldn't stay longer than one night. Staff was helpful when asked questions.

It was just okay. We were passing through on our way home. So we were just there to sleep and get an early start the next morning. The property needs updated. Our bathtub was in poor condition. The breakfast was limited in supply.

Old building. As clean as it could be but you can’t clean away outdated property. Sketchy crowd, didn’t feel safe. You get what you pay for.

Too many dirty people hanging around, very nosy, internet would not come on and my bathroom floor was dirty

Front desk was a breeze with no issues, rooms were a little under par in terms of cleanliness but worked for what we needed. A cheap place to stay on a long road trip! Biggest downside was the amount of buildup in the shower

Okay for just a quick trip to visit family in AFB.

Not the greatest, very dingy for the amount I spent on this hotel. Walls chipped with holes, wifi did not work at all, AC was soooo loud.

Spend some extra money and just stay somewhere else. This place had blood stains on the sheets, sink was broken, shower wasn’t cleaned, the room stunk from mold growing in the air conditioning. People were doing drugs outside of the building.

Property was a little pricey for what was offered.

I found cockroaches in my bathroom. 108 degrees, air conditioner did not work! The owner/manager was rude, made a racist comment to me as i showed up!! Never again will i stay there or my workers!!

I’m cancelling because of f the condition of the room

Location is great because it’s in the middle of town so it’s super close to restaurants and shopping. Service was poor, I spent an entire week and room service didn’t come to my room at all (no do not disturb tags on door). I had to take my own towels down and swap them out for clean ones (no a big deal but an inconvenience). Very noisy due to no enforcement of “quiet hours” kids run wild and free in hallways. Several people had dogs and as a vet I can tell they weren’t service animals. For the price and area pretty average but definitely better options

When we walked into the lobby, the room reeked of cigarettes smoke.

The place was a bit run down and in a bad neighborhood. Ice machine broken. Vending machines unplugged. Noisy neighbors and limited TV service. Not worth the cost

Too many non visitors hanging around the property. Did not feel unsafe but was not comfortable having on customers milling around the area. Also, i stayed 3 nights and my room did not get cleaned once. I asked nicely but my room was left untouched. I will not be returning nor can I recommend the Grizzly Inn.
