Perfect accomodation as usual. We are frequent visitors at this park for more then 10 years. We always feel home here to start our yearly Moroccan roundtrip.
BTW ; the bungalows have been updated and renovated this years, which increases the comfort level!
Superb aquapark to cool down during the hot daily hours in Fes.

J'avais réservé pour mes enfants et moi, et il n'y avait pas de couchage pour ma fille. Lorsque j'ai demandé à ce que soit ajouté un lit d'appoint ou à ce qu'un lit (draps, couverture, oreiller) soit fait sur le canapé, on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible, et ma fille a du dormir à même le canapé, sans draps. (NB: j'étais déjà venue dans cet établissement avec cette fois-là également mon mari, et nous avions été très satisfait: nous avions eu un lit d'appoint et des draps/couverture/oreiller sur le canapé pour nos deux enfants. J'étais donc d'autant plus en colère)
Par ailleurs, nous avons eu très froid. J'ai demandé un chauffage d'appoint, mais je ne l'ai pas obtenu.

Spacious, clean and quiet bungalow in a green setting. Nice terrace with garden view, comfortable beds, big living room and kitchen.
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Some furniture is a little bit worn out.
The equipment in the kitchen was limited. But when we asked a staff member for cups and a kettle, we got everything immediately.

We very much liked the restaurant being on the place. The food is really good, excellent service. Parking directly at the bungalow. Nice terrace and very quiet! Taxis in walking distance.

Relatively cheap. Very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly.
Number of features were not as advertised or expected. For example: Free Wi-Fi was advertised, but it was only available at the reception / restaurant and not available in the room. Although listed as self catering, the kitchenette only included a stove, fridge, microwave and 2 saucers. No cooking utensils (eg pot / pan), no kettle, no plates or cups. We enquired at reception and were told to rather make use of the restaurant for hot beverages (coffee / tea) and food. There was no shower, only a bathtub.

The location and the surrounding is calm and beautiful. The house is well separated and has a nice view to the forest. It felt safe and kids liked. There is an Aqua Parc but unfortunately we come in the winter season and couldn’t enjoy it.

I highly recommend this property. The area is so quiet, so green and the staff were extremely friendly especially the manager Hind. She was keen to check out in daily basis how my stay was. I think it is a good value for money and away from the Fes city center chaos.
I think this place has more potential with some tweaks that can uplift this place to be exceptional

It is exactly what we expected, a very relaxing experience, quit, and ideal for a family vacation
It was a little dusty when we arrived, but when we told the staff they immediately made sure it was clean to our standard

The bungalow was very clean, the location was good, close to shops and restaurants and yet quite quiet
The kitchen was equipped poorly, but after asking, they gave us electric water heater to cook coffee or tea, so the problem was solved

I liked the stay, really enjoyed, staffs are honest a friendly, specially Hind la gouvernante, all clean and good. Deserve 5 stars.

very nice chalet located in a quiet place. and it was not over crowded.
The kitchen was not properly equipped and in the bathroom the tap was loose.

Very nice continental breakfast at a good price, croissants were fresh. Staff were all so polite and friendly, they allowed us a late check out at no extra fee. I last stayed here in 2018 and since then it has been updated and renovated, sofa and bed and little things like table and bed side lights are much more modern. We had the best sleep, bed was so comfortable! Bungalow was cleaned everyday and fresh towels everyday. There is a newly built huge water slide which looked so fun but due to time of year it wasn’t open.

Breakfast was very good. Variety of items and drinks. Staff all friendly check in and check out was very easy. I had a incident at the start but the hotel sorted this out and were very professional. Lovely big area with nice palm trees. I would like definitely recommend this hotel.
