The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was really superb, especially the fresh eggs and variety of bread and coffee available. It can be taken outside in good weather. For a single room, which I stayed in, the bed is very spacious and everything is immaculate and comfortable. Having a private outdoor space to sit in the sun was great. Also, snacks and drinks are available to self-serve as desired (cost added to the room bill), which is very convenient.

It is right by the road, so there can be a bit of vehicle noise when the doors/windows are open.

Beds loud and hard and rooms not very insulated. Could always hear the people in the hallway and another guest dogs barking.

A bit noisy in the early morning with the commuter traffic. Our window blind didn't close tight enough so it let in the early morning sun.

Beautiful lake view, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel.

Rooms were clean, we stayed on the 4th floor and had phenomenal views from our balconies, staff was friendly and free, roofed parking!

There was no water-cooker in the room but this should not decrease the rating.
