Gentilezza, cordialità, disponibilità e professionalità dei titolari è veramente il valore aggiunto. Struttura tenuta molto bene e curata in ogni sua parte, stanze pulite bene e in ordine, colazione fantastica sia dolce sia salata, posizione meravigliosa con vista lago stupenda.

Fantastic stay, The hotel is underrated, the lake is literally across the road and there are so many things to do and explore, kids loved swimming in the lake, plenty of parking and loads of restaurants at walking distance . Breakfast is great as well, the rooms are very clean , better than any 3 star hotels out there , Well done guys !

Would of liked to have more options for dinner .

The staff was super friendly and made our stay perfect! It was a pleasure - everything was clean and everytime we had a question, someone was there to answer it :) We enjoyed the beach right across the street and the breakfast - we had a very nice, relaxed vacation! It was worth every cent and we will come again :) Mille grazie ♡

Situated in first line to beach. Room with lake view and balcony. Parking on perimeter of hotel and included. Nice terrasse with serving drinks. Nice garden with beach chairs. Those could even take from hotel and bring to beach. Very good breakfast with fresh sliced fruits. Very friendly and fully helpful staffs. A place where have wish to return.

The staff could not be more friendly. Elena, Davide, Loretta, and the father treated us exceptionally well. They were patient with us because we did not speak Italian fluently and answered all our questions. They were very helpful. The rooms are modern, given the impression that they were recently renovated. Our room had a balcony facing the lake. The rooms were very clean. The entire hotel was very well kept and clean. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed biking around the lake, visiting the castle in Malcesine and going all the way up to the top of Mount Baldo on cable car. We recommend the hotel and these activities. Five stars. Book without hesitation.
