Staff is really nice and helpful! It's really conveniently located directly in the gondola station to both Verbier and Les Ruinettes on one side and Bruson on other. Despite gondola operating just next door it is quiet. Rooms are basic but clean, with quite comfy beds and nice common area with sofas. Good value for money for a basic accommodation for a skiing trip. The basic breakfast is ok.

Water in the shower is usually just lukewarm in evenings (I don't know about other times in a day).

Perfect place to stay (at least for my needs ...). The VIP Pass has just solved all my logistic problems. Nice and friendly staff, I could arrange everything I needed with her. There were timeframe when I felt that the whole building is mine. :)

Only one (not EU compatible) wall-outlet in my room (in the bathroom actually). So, was a little challenging to solve re-charging questions (phone, laptop, etc).
