Amazing team! We loved every second of our stay at the hotel, thanks to the people who work there- so nice and so welcoming. We can't wait to come back again! Perfect location - right in front of Tokyo Station, in a nice part of the city, close to shopping centres, restaurants and cafes.

The location of the Hotel was excellent. So close to the train station. The room was larger than expected. It was extremely clean and very quiet. The bed and pillows were the best that I had in Japan. The staff were very helpful. Did not eat at the Hotel, so cannot comment.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was great.

The check in was disappointing as I had a back and forth about needing to show proof of identity, which as a Japanese resident (of twenty years) I do not. A needlessly racist experience that is not very 5 star.

Superb cleanliness, location, staff, and quality of accommodation. Nothing was left out. Well thought through details in room, from toiletries to hand roasted Kyoto coffee. In this day and age, cigar bar and walk-in humidor, with a great cigar selection, was a masterpiece. Well done.

Terrace drink and food was a bit limited.

The location is excellent n within close proximity to Tokyo station. They provided daily English newspapers.

Should provide a welcome drink voucher in the bar.

Location is the best, yet still affordable (booked early). Room is comfy, toilet is big, comes with amenities too.

I was on 17th floor, there's only 2 lifts

Unbeatable location - walk underground to Tokyo Station. Some rooms overlook the Tokyo Station train tracks, which are fascinating to watch.

Standard double bed is rather small for two and lacks a reading light on one side.
