Pest control problem Not enough towels. Was only given 2 wash cloths and to bath towels for 2 people for 2 days. Spiders amd spider web in house by the kitchen table Roach droppings amd dead ants and live ants in kitchen cabinets Blood on wall from mosquitos that were killed Dust on lights in bathroom and on air vents in house. They offered to rectify it after we got there but we wanted privacy amd didn't want to wait for someone to clean while we are there. Yard was not mowed either.

Can’t believe why this property have that high rate on booking. On arrival, no internet, no WiFi. Then I found the router was not properly connected. The property was not clean, found many hairs on bed sheets, floor was dusty, walls full of mosquitoes dead bodies, towels and linens were stained. so many ants inside the property, my bread turned to be ants meal. so many mosquitoes in and around the property, it was horrible. We got bit everywhere, spray even didn’t work. Apparently this property didn’t do any pest control. Hope I can upload more pictures What’s worse, the customer service from Vacasa, Don’t choose their property from booking. They will kick you to booking whenever there’s a problem

The ease of finding the location. The size was perfect for three adults

Hard to gain access. Code sent to open door did not work. Called help center who provided lock.box code to get to key. Door lock was broken. When the key was inserted lock spun around. Eventually opened lock by holding lock in place and turning the key. Comforters were dirty and one looked blood stained. The sheets were very poor quality and felt like sandpaper. The house was hot and humid even when,lowering the thermostat. The AC filter looked filthy and may have been why AC did not cool. We departed after one night stay instead of the two we booked for as heat was bad and could not open doors because of swarming mosquitos.

It was a mile and a half from my sister. That was it.

Dirty when we arrived. Mirror microwave and stove top smeared like wiped with same dirty rag. Lights over bathroom sink dirty. Bathtub wrap had soap scum from previous renters still on it. Extra bedding pillows on floor in closet. Only one extra twin bed, no way six people could sleep. Extra bed torn apart. Air conditioner did not cool. Called many times but agents didn’t even open a ticket until the third day. A/C repair guy, when he finally showed, turned off breakers for fans, a/c and refrigerator leaving my husband who recently had surgery in the heat and our food spoiling. Thankfully I showed back up soon, this was July 4, I had gone to the parade with my grandchildren, I loaded our belongings and we had to leave two days early due to the hot house and conditions. We were promised a refund but have heard nothing from the owners or management. Stay here at your own risk. I was so disappointed at the way we were treated . When we left it was 89 degrees on the thermostat. I should have taken a picture

Being quiet and close to the beach and Fences around the house.

Mosquitoes are very annoying.

The house itself was really nice, really close to all the places we wanted to go. I love the fact that there was a wheelchair ramp.

My 79-year-old father suffered from a heart attack the night before we left. So we were late getting out the next day? The cleaning lady that comes the next day to clean was not understandable. Did not care just wanted us out of there. Very rude, And mean? Another thing I did not like was everything in the description about the property? Like the extra bed, the games for kids We're not there. The description also said that there were movies that could be watched along with the Blu-ray player, but yet there were no cords to go with the Blu-ray player and Most of the dvd cases were empty .Pretty much everything that was in the description. Except for the linen was not true. There was a piece of a monopoly game that was torn up the bed. I tried to. Layout was broken. There was a cup full of sugar. And ants. Left behind food. The way that property looks in the pictures is not the way it looks when you get there. The grass was way overgrown. It got mowed the day before we left. This is a very nice property. But the ones that are taking care of it aren't doing a good job at all. I hope the owners to this property. Will find that out and do something about it.

Price is good . Good for single family or one person . Everything is in good condition. Staff is very quick and responsive. Very clean.

You can’t have 5 guest how it says in description and there is only one room. Very small house
