Location, nice quiet area.

Nothing negative to report, host was great and fast to communicate with when any questions were asked.

Quiet, residential location yet only a short drive to NEC. Spacious living room, beautifully and freshly decorated throughout. Washer/dryer was a bonus.

Could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen.

The facility was exceptionally clean, the bedding was also very clean. I had all I needed to make the entire trip worth my stay.

I tried looking for what not to like but I couldn't find any.

Lovely flat in ideal location. Really quiet area and found parking without any issue. Easy to access all local services. Would stay again.

The pillows were so thin (not a major hassle, but I bought more). The kitchen sink was dirty, especially the plug hole which had lots of hair in it. Everything else was immaculate though.

Flat was very clean and comfortable, quiet and everything was just right.

Would it be possible to leave some info on recycling. I travel a lot and am never sure how to deal with rubbish when I get to a new area. It didn’t spoil any aspect of my stay but might be something others would appreciate. Also I couldn’t find any tea towels anywhere to dry my dishes
