Restaurant food was ok but not exceptional. Bar and reception staff went beyond expectation.

So clean and beautiful hotel! Best in this region! Always good to come back and the staff is always so helpful! They always give some small welcome or goodbye gift such as homemade marmelade! Very comfortable beds, beautiful linen, great for walks, spa.... best hotel in St. Gallen and all around!

The bed are like sleeping on clouds. This is the more peaceful hotel I've ever stayed in. The saunas were infusion with aromatherapy. With the lakeside view, you can see the sunrising on the reflection of the water. The receptionist, Mr. Gazmend Gashi was very helpful with coordinating with taxi services. He gave a bunch of different recommendations on things to do in the local area making this trip more memorable.

There was hair on the balcony the first day I checked in but the cleaning lady took care of it the next day.

Super clean and tidy, excellent quality of furniture and equipment. Excellent , high level food in the restaurant.

My only complaint is that the restaurant works only until 21h and the spa until 20.30h. It is a bit too tight working hours for business people.

The huge park, the lakeview, the quiet place. The spa is large, the outdoor jacuzzi very pleasant with its infoor and outdoor sitting areas. Close to St.Gallen and to the lake (by car or by bus), the place is also the perfect location for hikikng opportunities.
