Při pokusu o komunikaci s majitelkou pouze její arogance, neochota něco řešit. Špinavé spotřebiče nelze připojit do zásuvky. Poznámka, vnitřní špínu a smrad nelze vyfotit. WARNING before booking! The accommodation is in a run-down condition and does not correspond to the pictures. We have confronted the landlady Katerina, whereupon we were treated very unfriendly. It even went so far that she wanted to practically kick us out in the middle of the vacation! The pictures are at least 10 years old. Many things on the house are broken. The pool was so dirty that we did not want to swim in it. Some of the pictures are not of the house at all! There is mould all over the place and even in the kitchen. Also it was poorly cleaned, there was hair in the bathtub!

very spiky plants growing over the steps to the sea made swimming a challenge, but nothing a bit of clipping back wouldn’t solve.

Perfect location. Impressive view. Villa with a pool, right at the waterfront with stairs leading directly from the garden to the beach. It was kind of a private beach - never noticed more than 5 people in the nearest proximity. AC in every room. There was a water dispenser in the kitchen that we could refeul in the the village - 1EUR for 15litres. The pool was cleaned during our stay. There is a cafe next to the house. Good contact with the owner - all our questions were answered quickly. Zigi is a great place for holiday - not crowded, with a few fish taverns and shops.

There are many things that need improvement. The whole villa, the pool and equipment requier at least to be refurbished and used items to be replaced. There was no toilet paper. The house should have been cleaned better. Despite of all that we had great holidays and we wouldn't hesitate for a minute to book the house again. We didn't want to leave. Hope to stay there again.

Location is perfect. Sea front, close to sandy beach, marina, restorants and supemarket by foot. All Cyprus attactions are close by car as well. Amazing views, nice spacious outdoor place and place for barbeque. It is quite enough despite main road is behind the villa. Two nice playgrounds for kids are just in a minute walk. There are breakwaters in the sea in this place, that make sea more calm for swimming. There is very spacious veranda with sliding windows, that is ideal to hide from sun, wind and even rain but still stay outdoor

Villa needs complete rennovation and deep cleaning inside all wardrobe, cupboards and cleaning of window curtains and blinds. There are many broken things inside the cupboards and wardrobes that are better to throw away and the kitchen staff needs to be replaced and organised.
