The room was way too hot! Thermastat wasnt even on, AC wouldn't even work correctly to cool the room down. Toilet had poop stains on the seat, carpet had gross stains on it as well. TV was extremely outdated, bed was not comfortable whatsoever. Wont stay there again!

It had a stain on the floor that was 3 feet diameter. It was terrible and I had to wear shoes the whole time. I will never stay again.

The hotel was decent. Could use some upgrades in spots. The 1st room we were in, the toilet was not very clean, the 2nd room we moved to was great. Clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk was amazing about moving us. The breakfast was good and the lady that worked that lart was sweet and friendly. Overall not a bad place to stay and will probably stay there again.

Employer reimbursement rate is low, so I took a chance on this property. It wasn't bad! I questioned the safety of the parking lot and neighborhood, but I overall, the room was very clean and confortable. It has an impressive pool and hot tub area that families can enjoy at a great price.

The price is what I went for. I only planned to sleep and get up early for our plans. The hotel is older and could use a refresh in many areas. However, for the money I was happy. My bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the desk clerks were pleasant. The waitress in the bar named amanda was very hardworking and very kind. The bar was packed with regulars due to cheap prices im sure. Id stay again.

Lounge has nice happy hour. Sketchy crowd after that. Would not stay here again.

We found that the rooms facing the pool were very loud and ended up having to move to another room. There were small children screaming at the pool which was open until 11 pm on the weekend. When we asked staff to quiet them down they did nothing and we had to ask for a different room. The second room was quiet.

Check-in was fine, quick and easy.
The door/handle/lock to the room was very wiggly and hard to get into. I learned to pull door toward me as I put key in, it was latched but never felt secure. This was an issue as I was traveling with my children.
The pool area was dirty, no towels, the large hot tub was missing tiles around the tub.
There was dried dog turds found in our room and at 10pm, we were moved to a new room. The young woman at the front desk was helpful and very apologetic.
Complementary breakfast was lacking.
Upon checking out, I made sure the front desk knew about the poop issue to pass along to housekeeping. She was unaware.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find. Everything was fine except the sink drain was missing the part that opened and closed it. The stairs needed new carpet. The beds were very comfortable.

Computers were not working to check in. Made it a long term disaster. Employees not doing well with check in.

Room was not clean. Stains on bedding. Carpet was disgusting. All but one lamp didn’t work. Door did not close properly and had to barricade it at night. Key had to be reprogrammed twice. Was not told rooms were poolside so had to deal with that noise. Cops were that upon check in with a lot of drunk people wandering around both nights. Was told room was closest to a specific door and it was not even close. Elevator was also not by the room like I was told.

I think it is a fine hotel. It isn't anything special or remarkable, but the breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and check-in was easy and I was able to get to my room quick. It is a good stop to break up my road trips. It isn't crazy, but it will do for a quick nights stay or for a good place to crash in Bismarck

We got into the room, I was shocked.. Carpet filthy,bed filthy,chair falling apart and discusting, bathroom fan falling out of the ceiling, drywall falling of the walls,, I’m sure there was mold in the bathroom.

We love staying here, it’s cheap and affordable. We live the pool and it’s pet friendly. The only thing we have had an issue with is the clesnisness of the rooms. Three times we’ve stayed here, the first time the room wasn’t cleaned, trash was still there, the bed was poorly made but the sheets looked used, everything was left from the previous people who stayed there. The service was great, they helped us move rooms. The second time, we found used clothes under the sink, it happens. The third time, we also found clothes under the sink again in a different room and there was trash beside the bed. Everything is great, customer service is great, only thing would be the cleanliness in rooms from the house keepers.

The room was filthy-dirty carpeting, the furniture is dated and dirty (food stuck on surfaces and sticky), sheets stained, the shower still had half used soap bottles on the top ledge. Weird people walking in not staying in hotel, fights outside my room in middle of the night. Just terrible.

I am overall very happy with my stay. The staff are wonderful. I had THE BEST people the Front Desk staff, kitchen staff, maintenance staff were all patient, helpful, and especially kind with my grandkids. Some investment in repairs would certainly be a sound investment.

Loved the pools and hot tubs. Staff great with accomodating our group needs, especially when temp and rain drove our park picnic back to the hotel. Were able to switch our room so we had a pull out couch for kids. Worn and needs work, crazy maze with add ons etc.
