Room had musty smell. Cabinets were greasy and falling apart. Shower nozzle on backwards hot was really the cold and vis versa. Breakfast was packaged muffins and oatmeal. Coffee was decent. Wouldn't stay again for sure.

The only thing we had issues with was the AC unit… air kept getting caught under the curtains so the room got hot quick.

The room and carpet smelled like dog urine. The advertised FREE breakfast was only packaged muffins and coffee - nothing else. No juice, no other food...nothing.

I NEVER STAYED!!!!I. Waiting on my refund when i got there they DO NOT e cept cash was not aware of that called immediately explained and was told i would get a refund....

This is a long term housing facility occupied by homeless, not too many travelers...

Disappointed as 1st room smelled like pets and urine, 2nd room assigned was slightly better. Towels need to be thrown out, not washed again as they were dingy in both rooms.

Be careful! They don't have "Hair Dryer" as described in amenity. We complained it to save our little kids after shampoo. They just repeated "We don't have it" and finally called the Police to kick us out from the room in the late night. Expedia tried to get refund for us, but they refused and claimed that incident not happened at all.... a very incredible hotel.

The room was clean, even the blanket which some hotels don’t wash! I like that this room wasn’t fully carpeted. The only issue was the bathroom door was hard to close/open all the way. Staff was very polite.

The staff were very nice. Our room smelled like smoke. There wasn’t a hair dryer. The Fully furnished” kitchen was if you went downstairs and requested kitchen/dining ware.

Property in poor condition. One elevator broken with permanent out of order sign affixed. No ice machine. Breakfast skimpy ( no yogurt, water, fresh coffee).
Group of younger smokers hanging out at front door. Property needs some management attention.

For a quick 1 night stay before surgery it was fine. However, one elevator didn’t work. The other elevator made noise like it was about to break down. The shower faucet was placed on backwards. We didn't think we had hot water at first. You had to turn it to cold for the hot.

My stay was rather short as time only allowed for me to spend a few hours per day and to get showered due to personal business obligations. The staff that greeted me on arrival was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond with helping me get checked in.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Our 4th floor room was very clean and very spacious. Bed was quite comfortable and the bath was very large. We will stay again in the future and recommend to others.

It started out rocky with prices changing 3 different times. Not clear on cancellation policy both online and in person. First clerk was initially rude, but it worked out okay. The manager was very accommodating on the price confusion. Not the most pleasant but also not the worst. An in room coffee pot would have been nice.

I love the staff here! Every morning I’m always greeted with a warm welcome. I honestly felt like I have a new family here. The people that’s staying there is also kind and friendly. Everything was CLEAN to perfection. The only thing I had a complaint about is the shower water not getting hot enough but they moved me into a different room. And it’s very quiet which is a bonus. I love it here so much! Thank you all for the amazing stay here.

Didn't like the fact that there was no linens on the bed and when I called the desk they said we could come get them so had to get the linens and make my own bed and the bathroom was dirty hair in the tub and used soap and the only vending machine was out of order and the heater made loud noise when it ran not a very good experience at all very disappointed

The hotel is a good deal for the money. Mostly quiet with some weekend night hallway noise but not bad. Staff was very friendly. Property was a bit outdated but everything worked. I would label it No Frills and Nothing Fancy

We were greeted by someone who barely made eye contact and seemed annoyed to help us. She also made me give her my i.d even though my husband was the one who booked. The room had a few random hairs and the breakfast was laughable, does anyone want oatmeal in a to go cup? I won't be staying here again.
