Ppl hanging outside tailgating like it was their driveway. Room was outdated. Furniture was peeling and wobbly. Bathroom shower rod was falling out the wall and curtain wouldn’t stay secure.

Half the room lights were burnt out and the only employee was at the front desk. The room had serious damage to the walls and bathroom sink. The free breakfast was all on one tiny desk in the lobby and consisted of a granola bar, coffee and a muffin.

This was the worst hotel experience our family has ever had. Check in was awful. From the second we walked in, the place smelled - the hallways, the elevator, the rooms all stunk. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. There was trash under our bed. When we checked out, there was a literal child (looked to be about 12-13 years old) "working" the front desk. The hotel claims to be smoke-free, but the entire building reeked of smoke. The front desk worker when we checked in acted like we were bothering her - it looked like she just woke up. She was rude and not helpful. I have never stayed in a hotel so filthy. Thank God we were only there for about 7 hours, or else we would have probably chosen to sleep in our car instead. The fact that they are charging almost $200/night for absolute filth is criminal.

Terrible place all the way around

After driving 7 hours and being extremely tired we were excited to get into our room and rest. The second we opened the door a putrid smell came wafting out. I couldn't decide if it was paint, glue, commercial cleanser, or vinyl. It was overwhelmingly unpleasant. When we went to the front desk and said something our only option was 2 separate beds. This upset my girlfriend as she sleeps better with me. Once we got back inside the room she explained that this chemical scent would trigger a migraine which it did. We ended up finding a grocery store. I bought air freshener, a candle, Lysol fragrance cleanser, and cinnamon. We spent $20 to go back and clean the entire room. Luckily I own a cleaning business. I washed the walls, the bathroom, and all the surface areas. Luckily that did the trick. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable so after all that work it was hard to fall asleep. Blanket was also paper thin. Now the only reason I booked this place was for the breakfast. The cheap coffee and pre packaged 10 cent muffins was very underwhelming as well. No fresh fruit. My expectations were low and yet I was sadly disappointed.

A very basic hotel. Worn mattress and furnishings. Friendly staff.

I stayed there and extended stay hotel because I’m in the process of buying a condo and it’s not ready yet, but it was a good getaway relaxation area. I will do it again.
