Smell all through the hotel Smoking smell. Very noisy. Gym was outdated.

The room was clean

It’s old, in need of repair, no hot water for my shower, breakfast was not good.

The staff was nice, it was clean.

The bed was uncomfortable, the AC wouldn’t stay on so the room was never a comfortable temperature

Wont accept your choice rewards number if booked through booking. No hot water to shower in the mornings, was in evening. Only one door to enter when you have to park in the back due to lack of parking. Booked 2 king rooms. Both didnt have a vanity in the bathroom to put anything. Just a sink and mirror, breakfast stopped at 9 even though they say 9:30.

Great location and very nice the people how helped with breakfast and the cleaning people. The bed was confortable and the size of the room is fine!

The rugs in the room felt dirty. Didn’t smell clean. When the bathroom light was on the vent was on, you couldn’t turn the light on without turning on the super nosy vent. When we turn the vent on I could smell the weed of someone smoking. You could hear EVERYTHING next door. They were the worst room neighbors ever!!!!! The breakfast was poor. The gym was depressing, so I went running outside better. They change towels and take out garbage from rooms but they don’t make the room, they don’t make the bed or clean anything else.

Easy access off highway and near a Hubbard park to hike.

Unclean, fourth floor smelled of cigarettes, tub had several hairs upon arrival. It was difficult to find the outer doors when parking on the back of building. I arrived really late. I checked 3 doors in cold rain with my son about 1am, finally had to drive him around to the front to wait in the lobby while I parked in back and nearly froze to death walking around to the front of the building.
