PROs: The room was well-located and had good upkeep. The breakfast was expansive and of great quality. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had nice water pressure.
CONS: uninspired dinner menu. The room could have used a kettle for tea. The tub needs upkeep. Like the speaker in the bathroom but no volume control, speaker had too much static. Prefer glassware to plastic cups. The style needs updating.

I have never been to Italy before and spent a long time trying to find the perfect hotel in Bologna and I think I have found it! This hotel was perfect from location, dining options and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on.
It is within walking distance to all main tourist attractions and the surrounding shops and dining options are wonderful. The breakfast available at the hotel was delicious and made for a relaxing morning sitting on the patio.
It is right across the road from Bologna Centrale Station making arriving at the hotel very easy.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, the rooms spacious & comfortable. Nice choices for breakfast and the room was sunny and bright. The location was ideal for us by the train station and to the center of the city. Very Enjoyable!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and a great option if it is hot like during our stay. Our room was large and spacious. Staff were very kind and provided great eating options. We had one of our favorite Italian meals courtesy of the front desks recommendations. Thank you Una!

Just a nights stay. Was great to have a nice clean room to relax. Only downside was at check in the staff were obviously stressed. I waited half hour to be seen and nobody apologised or acknowledged me.

Our stay at UNOHotel was excellent. Front desk went out of our way to help and answer any questions. They called us a taxi, provided maps for things to do in Bologna and were so kind. The hotel breakfast was had the best food and in the evening had snacks at the bar. Our room was comfortable and everything we needed. We felt very safe here. The hotel was clearly recently remodeled or built but not very well maintained. The toilet broke the same day and the shower had some mold. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located right in front of the train station and 25min walk to the main catedral.

Bathroom was very comfortable and there was enough space. However, room was having terrible view on garbage downstairs. Beds were on wheels which was flexible but one of them was still moving. Breakfast was very good. Price 4.50 Eur for small juice in the fridge was too high.

Room was minimalistic and tiny, hard for 2 people to navigate. Shower moldy. No glasses, just disgusting paper cups. Limited quantity & poor quality of food, burnt pancakes. Staff was unpleasant, especially manager Marcel and Giorhia, when I asked her for a manager’s name she replied that it was a private information and she couldn’t share it with me without permission. Second day only one bath and one hand towels were left in the room, I had to call twice to a front desk to get a second set.

The room is clean and the location is super convenient. The breakfast had lots to offer and was brilliant. Depending on the price though, I’ll definitely stay here again.
Unfortunately, the number of the staff is very limited. There’s no kettle in the room and it’s always a long wait for someone to be free to tend to the hotel bar for a drink or hot water. The water pressure was very weak. It’s ok to take shower, but to fill a bath tub, it took 25 mins.
There are many drug addicts lurking around near station and nearby Porta Galliera, so maybe a bit scary for little children, but it never posed as a problem for us.

Breakfast was good, fair choice and good quality. Staff were pleasant and helpful, only thing that really lets the hotel down is the bar. The bar itself is fine but the seating isn’t very welcoming. All in all a decent hotel more than acceptable for a 3 night stay in Bologna

We had an issue with the AC in our room. We were told the “manager turned it off” which led to some very uncomfortable nights. Could not open the window due to the noise from the street.

the property is old and need immediate repair. Air conditioning is almost negligible, lucky the weather is not too hot.

Very good location . Train station just across the street. Room size good and clean . Bath tube very high and slippery. No ice machines but can deliver to you upon request as well as slippers, , shower caps, lotions, etc. they have a coffee and water bottle station next to restaurant but out of order most of the time. Sunday breakfast are great. They have cured meat and smoke salmon, Brie . Some hot food. But On Monday, the breakfast are cold eggs, bacon . The cured meat and cheese plate was never refilled. I am not too happy with Monday breakfast. The hotel is close to town square just about 15 minutes walk. No water dispenser on site. Receptionist were pleasant.

My husband and I stayed only one night at this hotel and I would say the hotel in general was above average. The bed was comfortable, the staff is friendly and efficient, and all the essentials were provided (bottle of wine too). The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety, easily the best thing of our stay. What mostly docked points for us was the cleanliness and the shower drainage. The room felt dusty and while the bathroom was clean, the shower was oddly designed. The glass pane only covered up to 1/4 of the length of the tub so water was getting outside the tub and the drain was very very slow. Again we only stayed for one night so we're really looking for functionality and convenience, and I think the hotel delivered on that front.
