This is my go to stay in Enid. Great staff. Breakfast is good. The elevator made me a little iffy. And they had decided to paint the hot tub on a Saturday the last time we stayed. But over all this will be my go to place.

We stay here frequently. It is nice that they have put closets back in the rooms. It is clean and works for an overnight stay.

The room was very hot and never cooled down. The a/c would run and put out cold air but was not enough to keep the room cold. It was very uncomfortable. Nice, clean hotel with a very good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we found the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were good.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and its conveniently located. We did book this hotel for the pool and hot tub, you couldn’t even set in the hot tub and enjoy it because the chlorine was very , very strong. So strong it caused immediate coughing. This was a huge disappointment, other than this I would recommend this place.

Check in was fine. First room the ohonr nor the tv worked. Was given another room, tv did not work in that room either. Nephew finally got the tv working. Then elevator broke down. I am on oxygen and have issues climbing stairs.

I booked a room with a hot tub went up to room, first time key didn’t work so I went back down got another key go into room and no hot tub. So I go tell them I booked a hot tub and explained it was extra to have that in the room and she stated that they have no hot tubs in their hotel and she couldn’t do anything about it. So I paid $150 for a standard room. She blamed it all on hotels.com and I couldn’t do anything about it such as adjusted rate or refund.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Enid on Highway 412 was fantastic. Starting at check-in which was a breeze and I'm sure that is because of the awesome staff. Tyler, and everyone else we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Tyler went out of his way to help us with a special request and it was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and smell great. The breakfast was on point, and the amenities were amazing, and the beds were super comfy. Will stay there again the next time we're in the area.

The hotel was beyond clean and the service was over the top. The AC unit in our room was loud and make it hard to sleep. Besides that, it was amazing!

Room was clean and staff helpful. the one thing that I didn't like was there is no USB for our phones in the room. otherwise it was a good place to stay. the breakfast was also good.

Our room smelled awful so bad that we had to go to Walmart and purchase a essential oil diffuser to be able to stay in the room. The swimming pool advertised was under maintenance the whole reason we choose this place to stay.

Outside doors to the inside pool were not locked allowing anyone to come into the property through the pool area. Our roof was leaking in our room. Health department shut down the pool after kids had been swimming due to high levels of chlorine.

There were moths in the room. They invaded my clothes and one ended up in my suitcase. The furniture was cheap and ancient. I was afraid to sit on the couch. The bed headboard had pulled off the wall where it was glued. The shower curtain rod was pulled off the wall, the ceiling in the shower was not finished and showed black marks. There was a weird separate seating room with nothing in it but what looked like a left over chair. The lobby was not completed and there were no ice or drinks. The refrigerator in the room worked. The food was typical for the chain and adequate. This was way too expensive for this kind of accommodations.

They are in process of remodeling, and so far it looks nice. However the furniture in the rooms is old and damaged, iron was propped in a corner, dresser was totally missing a drawer. Key did not work to get to pool area and after 3 attempts at getting a working card the desk clerk finally let us in. Pool was not heated and cold, and the hot tub was out of order. The pool and hot tub were why we chose this hotel. We checked out shortley after checking in, clerk was nice enough to cancel our reservation without charge. Went to another nearby hotel that was even cheaper and nicer.

Bugs in our room. Breakfast was not edible it tasted like it had been served the entire week before. There were gnats all around the breakfast buffet style foods. Pool was out of order. Our last day the pool was open but hot tub did not work. Going back to our room from the pool my daughter was able to access our room without the use of the key which is a huge safety issue. The entire time we were there our room and us were accessible to anyone. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I cannot believe this hotel is considered a holiday inn.

I dont think you should charge the highest price for the room in town when the renovations are in progress. Our room was unfinished. I had a free night from Hotels.com and we upgraded and pur room was not finished. Felt ripped off.

I like to stay here. I wish they would put a place in every room to hang up clothes. Very difficult when traveling not to have this.

They are renovating so things are a little amiss. Room was clean and nice, beds were extremely comfortable, close to bowling and a bbq place next door to eat. Bathrooms weren’t clean like I expected is the only negative I can say. But staff was super nice and I would stay again.

I had called ahead to ask if they had a pool n jacuzzi I was told yes when I arrived the hotel is under construction, the pool and Jacuzzi we’re under construction to when I complain to the front desk. They said there is nothing they can do about it.

Renovations going on. Dust all over front desk. Indoor pool drained and not available. Wires sticking out of living room suite wall. Furnishings sparse and old. Great breakfast, comfy beds.

The hotel is in remodel stages. Level 3 was clean but level 1 was not in use due to remodel. Pool and hot tub not able to be used. Very disappointing for the kids. Had to find other activities and was an extra expense due to this.

Check in person mainly focused on their phone. Not informative. Stepped on something in carpet that stuck in foot in room. Shower and plug in tub inoperative so couldn’t take shower or bath. Told staff at checkout and was no big deal. First floor was under remodel and was told our floor (third) was completed. Furniture was worn. Was very disappointed.

Nice, clean hotel. Great breakfast. Stayed at this location in March, was wonderful them. This room’s bed was quite high to climb into and somewhat firmer than I prefer. Otherwise, a good, quiet place to stay. Will return to this property when visiting family.
